What do you guys drink?

Pepsi Light every now and then. It has zero sugar or caffeine, and doesn't taste too crap. Two black coffees a day on average. No sugar.

The rest of the time I just drink gallons of water, currently mixed with Nutrabolics Anabolic State BCAA

I don't drink any booze while on orals, but will have a glass of red or two with my cheat meal when just pinning. Provided my liver values are within acceptable ranges, of course.

My response is a little different, because for those that have read my threads on my liquid diet know I drink most of my food. Any unblended meals I actually need to chew I do so for the flavour or additional calories when I feel I need it. Works for me. So yea, I spend most of my day drinking either water or my home made liquid meals.

Aside from that, no alcohol when taking orals, but do enjoy beer or Jameson with water when socialising or relaxing with my lady. I find jameson gives me zero negative effects the next day, especially because i drink it with a ton of water.

Errm, you guys are making me feel odd and left out.

I personally drink like, just water really.... I am more than happy to just drink water all day everyday.

On the odd occasion when I do feel like something other than water, I will drink tea (no sugar, but with milk) and on rare occasions I will simply drink just some milk.

Coffee I only drink when I need the caffeine (I do a shot of espresso, hate the taste of coffee).
Fizzy drinks were never a problem for me to stop luckily and juices I can easily hold off on as well.

As for alcohol, I no longer drink. Even when I go out and such.

Water (still and sparkling) and coffee (black) mainly. Occasionally sugar free caffeine drinks. For the sweet tooth Stoney Zero, Coke Zero and Sprite Zero.

Gave up alcohol couple years ago. For the fit crowd, the best alcohol drinks comes down to whiskey and vodka. Light beers and coolers are poison. Red wine can have *some* benefits, just don't take to heart everything you ladies read in the f**king Cosmopolitan.

I only drink water from one specific borehole as well as tea made from that water. When I go on vacation I take my drinking water with me, when the water runs out I return home. Under extreme conditions I might buy bottled water just to keep me alive long enough to get more of my own water. When I visit a restaurant I'll order juice just for something different, but usually don't enjoy it.

Sadly this is true and if something were to happen to my borehole I'll likely die from dehydration within days.

Very true. Because the amount of stomach bugs going around is scary, I know some people that have been hospitalized due to dehydration from the bug. And everyone says it's something you eat, it's not, it's our water.

Yes, it's the water and periods of drought makes it worse.

Although I don't believe all the crap that T-Nation publish, its still made for an interesting read while on topic...

Seems some of our occasional drinkers don't have to much to worry about...
