There is this one BB at my gym, he thinks he is the shit! Anyway he weighs 95kg 8% BF. Guess what, he takes 5g of Test per week 1.2g of Deca per week and 150mg A - Bombs per day.

It doesn't look like all that juice is doing much bud? (his diet is good and training as well)

Just doing damage. So i agree with the Pump

I know this for a fact, as my training partner is 150kgs off season and is using just over a gram.... and using close on a gram of deca... so 2 grams of total juice and he is 150kgs... cmon... more is not better, more will not make you bigger.... i'm not saying that 1-2 grams a week of total intake of anabolics is unheard of... but 5-7 is 'BULLLLSHIT', those are the guys who are not doing bodybuilding they doing body destroying, Quoted: Arnold...
