the site update made my day thanks to all involved truly world class

This site is now truly in a class of its own... others like it on the net are too littered with addvertising and stupid people....

only difference now is everyone can see it by just looking at it...

Just wish admin could somehow block threads about dbol only cycles...
that will truly be awesome!!!

Well you can now point them to the oral cycles I have structured

Amen on the advertising... That is probably what makes this site the best... it doesn't have the crappy clutter of advertising every useless supplement etc under the sun.
And then its obviously the poeple on here too

ALSO, now that the profiles are updated...
there is no need for me to browse to other sites...

Another ting i realized is my time zone is incorrect. The site time is about 2hours behind.

I really like the new layout. It's clean and modern, and it has a nice uncluttered, professional feel to it. Thanks for all the hard work you guys put in. It's really great.

The new site is very nice, thanks. Something I noticed when browsing the site on my phone with opera mini is that the new site is huge! The forum index page is 58kB but the rest ranges between 200kB and 300kB which my phone bill does not like. Before the new site all the pages used to be between 50kB and 90kB. Now I dont browse the forum as much as it takes a lot of airtime. But its still nice, the new site.

mike80 I suggest you use the RSS feeds then, it will save you on Banwdith.

The other trick is to use caching, because its the larger graphics that do not change that has the larger size.. Or turn off flash player on your browser and let me know if the page size is smaller

In opera I cant turn off flash or select caching. It is just strange that when I load the index page the size is small but when selecting any category the size when loading jums to above 200kB again.

Don't worry about flash as we don't use any on this site. This version of the site is not optimized for mobile browsers, but I'm looking into mobile alternatives.

2048Kb, but the site will resize oversized images.

I got a 5kb image and still gives the error... something else i can maybe try?
