Im looking forward to that calf workout.
I have been trying "running the rack"..
Starting on 90kg's standing calf raises, doing the 90 to failure, and go down by 10kg's to failure each time... do that twice and you will be SORE!

How many people believe in doing Hamstrings on a seperate day to Quads??

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

That is all dependent on how your legs handle it... If you growing fine, don't change something that isn't broken... You can include hamstrings into your dead lifts, by shifting focus on the lift and letting it target into your hams..

I just find that i am going dam heavy on leg days...but it does not seem like my legs are growing that much, and i am battling to get seperation in the legs.
I will be increasing calories with leg days, but by how much do you increase calories on leg days?

My leg days include:
Quads, Hamstrings, Calves and Abs.

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

Think we all might have been like that at a stage...??

I do full leg routine weekly and if i get a gap go in for just squats as well.

Legs is such a big muscle and can add greatly to your muscle mass.

Love training them!!!

I got a question
I am also trying to get my legs to catch up with my upperbody, have also done the splitting hammies from quads. I just dont know if that is enough, question, how do u train legs twice a week? its some of the biggest muscles, mine will sometimes hurt for 5 days straight. twice a week half sessions superior to growth than 1 propper session?

If it hurts for 5 days, don't train them any further, maybe you over training them... the way they grow is with rest and enough food, you can't magically in 2 months have thick legs... this will take time, months and years..
