Hey gents well I'll be starting igf with my pct in a week to try and hold onto my gains. I could only get synthesis so I've only bought 1 box for now until I find out if it's any good.
My plan is to run it 1 month on 1 month off, 3 times a week post workout.
I'm going to try and inject directly post work out and then have my shake, if I can't is it the end of the world if I have my shake and then inject 20min later as soon as I get home or if that's the case should I hold off on the shake until after I've injected?
Another question is dose! I can't decide on 50mcg or 100mcg per day?
Koe I see your around any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your protocol looks fine dude. I received my synthesis igf 1 today and I see on the box that once it's reconstituted it will only be good for 48-72 hours. So just keep in mind that you need to use within 2 days which is a bit of cock up. If you can get your hands on some acetic acid then reconstruct it with that then it's good for like a few months.

If your pinning 3 times a week then id go with 80mcg post workout. My 3c

Ye I saw that aswel, that's what made me think of just pinning the whole 100mcg split bilaterally. Since I'm only pining m/w/f that works out to 300mcg a week and least ill no it should still be good.
I'm not looking forward to trying to pin in loo at the gym post workout though ...

how many kits do you have? if you only have 1 then 300mcg a week is only going to last 3 and a bit weeks. What i am going to do is 50mcg 4 times a weeks, for eq. Monday and Tuesday i will use up 1 vial and on Thursday and Friday ill use another vial. This way I use up the vial in 2 days. I'm very interested to see how this goes for you, as I'm interested in the quality of Synthesis labs IGF-1 because I cant get any feedback from anyone about it. Good luck.

I'm also very interested, I'm going to start on Monday. Ye I've only got 1 box at the moment but if I feel the pumps and if it's any good ill order another straight away then ill run it for 5 weeks at 300mcg a week.
I'll keep you updated. When are you planning on giving it a go?

Im subscribed ;D are you planning on pinning pre workout the first time just test it? apparently pumps are supposed to be insane if its legit.

Ye first shot ill do pre to see if I'm just injecting water...:-) im not sure if it should make much difference pre or post anyway with the long half life of lr3 there are so many different opinions out there. But the consensus seems to be post.

I dont think It makes much of a difference because of the long half life. You should experience good results either way. It makes more sense to me to pin it pre-workout because then it will start taking effect while you training...? :silly:

Ok well I had my first dose this morning 100mcg split between each pec straight after my workout.
I can defiantly feel that my chest is pumped and my calves seem pumped even though they were trained on Saturday so at least I no I'm not just injecting water :lol:
I mixed it in the cubical at the gym post workout and injected straight away. It mixed really easily no swirling or anything was needed .

Cool well so far so good I'll keep you posted

Hey Gents
Well I injected in my calves pre workout today, The pump was good but I still managed to finish my whole workout.
Considering I'm in my first week of pct and my test must be @ 0 my training has lost none of its intensity so far, I'm still able to finish every body part off with an fst-7 excercize.
And I'm sleeping better than I did all cycle and considering this is the busiest time of year for me work wise and I'm normally up all night thinking about work is fantastic.
I've ordered more igf so that I can finish a month @ 300mcg a week but that'll be by enhanced peptides so it'll be nice to compare the 2.

To be honest Pump at the moment I have no idea yet, I'm normally down when I start pct but this time I'm still amped to train.
The pumps are defiantly lasting a lot longer and I'm sleeping well, but as far as the training is concerned it could be psychological.
I do find that even though I'm eating just over maintenance I'm starving most of the time, I woke up at midnight and had to eat some boild eggs and find that I crave carbs and I normally don't .

IGF1 loves carbs. Not sure about yout current diet but a low carb diet is not ideal when on IGF1. It also binds to the insulin receptor so it can lower your blood sugar and cause cravings. You should really struggle to gain fat while on IGF1. Keep up the updates. Great thread. ;)

Ye I've added 300g of potatoes to supper for the last couple of days but that still only puts me on 200g a day. DJ is busy sorting a new higher carb diet out for me though.

Ok well I shat myself my weight dropped 4kg this week :ohmy: I new I was looking leaner but thought I was burning through muscle. Luckily I had an assessment last Thursday(my last day on Var) and my lean body mass was 86.6, I went again this morning and it's exactly the the same except my bf is down to 6.9 :lol: my lowest ever.
I've upped the carbs daily(currently 260g) and I'm eating about 150cal above maintenance.
Do you think it was water I lost? I'm only on IGF and clomid
Or is this stuff supposed to be like a fat burner on Steroids?
