Haven't read the whole thread.....

1. What protocol are u following bud?
2. Dosage amnount and split?
3. How did u adjust ur carb intake?

I'm on a verly low carb diet as cutting down. Have one high card day per week. Waiting for sumone to get back to me with a protocol and tweaked diet but finding out what yours is can only help.

Hey Bud

I'm injecting 100mcg split bilateraly so 1 vile a day 300mcg a week. Monday calves, Wednesday pecs, Friday delts.

I'm on a high carb diet wich you really need to be on with this stuff I'm having carbs with 6 meals a day plus 60g of dextrose PWO.
I inject straight after training followed by my shake and then have a high carb/protein meal within the hour.

How long do you need to run IGF @ 300mcg per week for optimal results? 2- 3 months?

For what I've read 5weeks on 1 month off so that your own production of igf1 isn't completely shut down. So that's what I've been doing since my last cycle.
MA would now more

Well my strength is up. I was able to do 50kg DB's on incline DB press for all three sets and that was my second exercise after 5 sets of bench press. normally I'd only do that on my 3rd set but that may just be the extra carbs.?
One thing is I'm on 3450cs a day with 50% of that being carbs and I've lost weight, ok only 500g but that's in a week . I'm already very lean and eating 100 over what I was maintaining on just 2 weeks ago.
I have realized that my maintenance cals workout to about 100 over 1,55 times BMR so my metabolism is quite high but that's probably because I've basically been eating 6meals + a pre and post workout for over a year now? What are your thoughts. Should I up cals even more? Or just add a load more dextrose to my PWO? I'm already having 60g.
I've stopped cardio this week I was doing 3 times a week up until Friday but realized I have no need for it at all.

Thanks Gents

MA it's been 2 months since PCT am i good to go as far as getting bloods done is concerned? Or should I give it another month for a true reflection on if I've recovered?
I really want to do another cycle  to see if all this IGF has made a difference and I wouldn't mind getting my IGF tested while I'm on the stuff.

Thanks

You're good to go for blood work. IGF1 LR3 does not raise your IGF1 levels on a blood test as it has a different chemical structure.

So I've had to up carbs yet again I'm now on 3600 cals... That's about 300 over my normal maintenance as my weight was still dropping and that's after dropping all cardio..? Look I'm strong in the gym and looking fantastic if I do say so myself  but I'm not looking to loose weight.
Is there an explanation for this increase in cals needed? I don't have slow puncture Promise

The longer I play around with my diet the more I realize how badly I under are on my last cycle :( as I only went up to 3850cal at my highest I just didn't realize that my cal needs were quite a bit above the norm.

Well I've finally found maintenance at 3600 cals that's 350 more than normal and I'm not doing 20min cardio 5 times a week so it's deffinatly doing something. I'm sleeping really well infact I battle to get out of bed after 8+ hours sleep and I'm having a nap half way through the day.
Training is going well I'm strong and motivated I just can't wait to cycle to see if I have any new growth.

50mcg bilaterally eod in muscle trained immediately after training. 15min later a carb, creatine, glutamine and whey drink. 30min later a meal consisting of rice fish/chicken pineapple.

Running with
Test
Tren
Masteron
Anavar
T3

Dropped the 3F as I have been under a lot of stress the past few weeks and kicked my BP up to 170/110.

Thanx oupa

@rhino....not doing big dosages. Doing 450mg tren ace per week. Test prop is finished so ill be doing 750mg test e. Then 300mg mast prop and 225mg mast e per week. 50mcg t3 and 60mg anavar

Igf is enhanced peptides.

Even though it fell it must still be ok as I'm getting the pins and needles and sweats which I only get on igf days after pinning

@Rhino Are you also getting the pins and needles or any numbness in your hands/fingers?
