No not at all and I haven't on any of my previous runs either. Did you? Only symptoms I've had are pumps, increased metabolism, and great sleep.
To be honest the pumps are not as noticeable as they were earlier on. But sleep and appetite... they are fantastic

I've never noticed numbness or tingles on LR3. I only get that from high HGH levels. It's not common. The most common side effect is hypoglycaemia which I did experience mildly.

My IGF1 LR3 article is now up in the articles section if you want to have a look.

That's exactly what I get with the sweats etc, hypo.

The pins and needles are all over my head and a bit on the skin of my arms. Experience no numbness or carple tunnel.

Well that's another 5 week run of IGF down, now just to find what my maintenance cals are after having to up them so much while I've been on IGF and then I'm going to bang a cycle to see if I've got any new growth.
I have picked up .5kg in the last month and it's not fat because I'm still lean so it must have something to do with the extra cals along with the IGF.
I'll probably gain a little bit of fat over the next 2 weeks while I slowly drop my cals and find out where maintenance is again, I'll also leave the cardio for now because I want a true maintenance and I also plan on doing as little cardio as possible for at least the first 10 weeks of my cycle as I'm sure I over did the cardio last time and could have grown more had I left it to a couple of days or less a week.

I'll be having bloods done this week. I'll post the results if one of the Gurus could have a look and help me make sense of it. I'm sure alls good as my wife is a very happy lady at the moment B) ;)
