Clenbuterol help

getting big, it's very conventional to do 2 weeks on clen OR EC stacks and take 2 weeks off. If you would like to take both clen and EC, cycle 2 weeks on one, then 2 weeks on the other.

For Clen you are looking at:
Day 1: 20mg
Day 2: 40mg
Day 3: 80mg
Day 4-10: 120mg
Day 11: 100mg
Day 12: 80mg
Day13: 40mg
Day 14: 20mg

It's possible not to taper down, and just come off at 120mg, but tapering is usually advised.

For EC it is mixed at 20mg Ephedrine to 200mg caffeine, although I advise halving the dosage for the first 1-4 days, just to see how it goes.

Personally I woudn't use any ephedrine product as I think it's dangerous. Also there is a global shortage of ephedrine so the chances that your product is fake or seriously underdosed are very high. I would run a six week Clen and Yohimbine cycle with a keto diet. Adco-Zetofen is the name if the syrup that contains ketotifenI or you can use beta-sleep aswell. I.m.o that's the safest option and you can also look at losing up to 8kgs of fat if you are 100% disciplined. Remember that at the end of the day it's your diet that will get you the results and the fatburners are just there to assist.

I really don't think it makes much of a difference hey. The Zetofen works just fine for me.

Now say I decide to suck it up and try clen, do I have to go as high as 120mg to get decent results?
And if not then do you run it for the same amount of time or does less mean you can go longer?

There is no reason you HAVE TO peak at 120mcg. Everyone's body is different so some people get the same results from 80mcg than what others get at 120mcg. Just remember that your body builds a natural tolerance to the stuff so if you are not experiencing side effects then the Clen is not working properly (I.e don't stop at 80mcg because you are scared of side effects). You can measure if the Clen is still working by getting a thermometer reading at the same time of day before cycle and ED during cycle. If the reading says you are warmer than usual (about 0.7 degrees) then the Clen is working. Long time bro!

@ Pyroclasm so when taking the clen do I take the yohimbine same time or cycle the two? like 2 weeks on 2 weeks off? Also if I am able to get up to 120mcg per day is it rally important to taper your dosage down towarss the end of the 2 weeks?

Pleasure bud. There's no need to taper down the Clen. Run the Clen and Yohimbine together they have a synergesic effect. Why do you only want to run it for 2 weeks bud? 6-8 weeks is optimal.

If you can handle the sides from clen then start at 40mcg on 4th day bump it up to 80mcg and see how your body handles it. yes you use betasleep every night even if you run the eca.

Start at 40mcg. Then run it like this:
Day 1-3: 40mcg
Day 4-6: 60mcg
Day 7-9: 80mcg
Day 10-12: 100mcg
Day 13-14: 120mcg
This is a good guideline but everyone reacts differently to the Clen. Remember while on Clen a good indication that it is working is if you are having side effects. If you aren't experiencing any sides then bump up the next days dosage by 20mcg. If you feel that the sides are too rough then keep the current dosage until you can handle it. You won't need any betasleep if you only cycle it for 2 weeks hey.

@ pyroclasm I also read taurine is a must to take at around 3g to 5g per day. Would this need to be split or taken all one time say in the morning when I take the clen. Also does it make a difference if I take the clen before breakfast or after breakfast? When I get up to a high dose of 80mcg or more do I split the clen dosage or take all at once in the morning. I read clen has a half life of 36 hrs so I cant see if spliting it through out the day would make a difference. Also heard potassium is important would eating a banana do the trick or should I take a supplement for that as well?

You are right about the half life of Clen and therefore it's only necessary to take it once a day regardless of the dose. Try to take it in the mornings or latest afternoon but do not take it at night you will not sleep trust me. Taurine and potassium are for possible cramps caused by the Clen. Some people get it some people don't. Creatine makes the cramping worse so if you are taking Creatine then I would definately get the Taurine @3g per day. A banana will be fine however if you are experiencing cramps then rather go for the supplement. Do yourself a favor and read my ideas on Clen. I will find the thread for you quickly..

I feel that clen should be taken on a empty stomach, i take both my clen and yohimbine on a empty stomach and have not had any problems yet.

Have a look at their website for verification images.
Maybe consider emailing them pics of your product if you are still unsure, they are looking for examples of fakes.

Pleasure bud! Try Furk's idea for now. But next time stay away from Nomad or Keifei Clen and get a brand of high quality. The best advice I can give you is to go on a keto diet, with Clen and Yohimbine to assist. Notice that the main component is a keto diet and the Clen is just there to assist. You won't believe the results you get! I would run the Clen for 6 weeks. Start on 40mcg ED and up the dosage by 20mcg E5D, until you reach 120mcg. Run the 120mcg until the end of the cycle. There is no need to taper down the Clen. Take Yohimbine ED @5mg in the morning and 5mg in the afternoon. Also take Betasleep or Adco-Zetofen @15ml ED before bed to prevent down-regulation of receptors. If you have any questions you are welcome to ask bud I am here to help.

highly appreciated your advise bro., instead of yohimbine can i used animal cuts to go together with clen?, because Im here in oman and really its very hard to find selling yohimbine, also I will try my luck on local pharmacy if they have theses betasleep or adco-zetofen.

Leave the Animal Cuts bud. Lots of caffeine which is not ideal for anyone on Clen.. Save your money and buy some good quality beef if you can. If you can't get the Zetofen, ask your pharmacist for a product that contains either Ketotifen Hydrochloride or Diphenhydramine..

There is all ready a few posts about the keto diet on this forum. Use the search you will find what you are looking for.

There is even examples of keto diets if you search.

You just need to calculate your daily caloric needs, then you can take that exact keto diet and just tweak it a bit here and there to match your needs. Again pleasure bud you seem like such a nice guy.
