ie: with food or straight up?
I've been dropping out the dosage onto a teaspoon and then leaving it under my tongue for a while before swallowing.
First thing when I wake up on an empty stomach.
But I felt more of a kick the first couple days when I mixed it into water and drank it first thing...
I also have a casein shake before sleeping and was wondering if this may still be in my stomach when I wake.
Some advice on the best way to take liquid clen would be most appreciated.

I'm dosing clen first thing in the morning, and train after 17.00.

It's all about your heart rate. Try to keep your heart rate below 170bpm ideally at about 150bpm. If you do keto then try to keep it at 120bpm. Why do you do cardio right after weights and not fasted in the mornings?

Been taking taurine in the evenings but only 2x 500mg caps.
I need to up that substantially I think but also need to get a potassium suplement as well.
