Sure thing bro, I will post my result, I'm currently on my 3rd week now using the clen/yohim cycle and cant wait to do my inbody test after 6 weeks to see the result. by the way do you have any recommended dosage for cla? the bottle says 2 gel caps per day.

The biogen 1000mg ones were always on sale at Dischem so those are the ones I used and I took 2tabs three times a day. The thing with CLA's is that their effects are so small that it is hard to pinpoint whether they have any real effect. But hey every bit helps!

Just some info on what you doing, you are not building a resistance, you increasing the adverse effects. I am sure everyone on the forum with experience with AAS will tell you-understand the pharmacological action of a drug before purchasing. Knowledge is always power..

Clen is taken for its B-2 affects in ultimately increasing metabolic rate and hypothalmic temp to burn fat,etc,etc- But by uping the dosage you now increase its B-1 effects of the myocardium which increases HR, conductivity & contractility thats why you feel jittery and combined with cardio is an MI waiting to happen no matter how young you are. IMO take it slow and play safe

update; wife on 40mcg clen a day....
being on now for 4 days , did not need to increase dossage.
normal side effects shaky of body not servre....
she had constipation for about a day .. however over come that
she train 1 hour a day @ 65/70% of max heart rate.
sometimes feel a bit out of breath .. ...
have small burts of energy.....

she take clen in morning and Ketotifen in evening..15ml
lost 1kg......

do we leave it @ the current intake on clen and Ketotifen or increase.... pls advise...

Girls normaly dont go over 80mcg, give it a few days and then add 20mcg to it and see.

The other thing i want to ask, when im on clen and yohimbine i dont drop more then 1-1.2kg a week. But with out it ill drop alot more, im starting to think its someting to do with holding back water and muscle sparing of the yohimbine and clen?

Hi guys
I started Liquid Clen a week ago and I notice that some days it seems to work better than other days.
Is there a specific way to take it ?
ie: with food or straight up?
I've been dropping out the dosage onto a teaspoon and then leaving it under my tongue for a while before swallowing.
First thing when I wake up on an empty stomach.
But I felt more of a kick the first couple days when I mixed it into water and drank it first thing...
I also have a casein shake before sleeping and was wondering if this may still be in my stomach when I wake.
Some advice on the best way to take liquid clen would be most appreciated.

You will notice more side-effects during the first couple of days, but that will go away mostly as you body gets used to it.

You normally increase the dose with 40mcg every 4 days until you reach 120mcg per day and then you stay at the 120mcg dose for the duration of use. It's wise to use Ketotifen or Betasleep with the Clen to prevent beta 2 receptor down regulation. If you don't take either of those with your Clen you have to cycle it two weeks on and two weeks off.

I'm definitely finding that drops into a glass of water works best first thing in the morning instead of under the tongue.

I have just finished 6 weeks of clen using beta sleep about a week ago. Had fantastic results along with my diet. I would like to do one more cycle of six weeks before the end of the year. Will it be ok to start up again around 1 Nov or do you
guys think this is too soon.

Rather than start another clen thread I thought I'd ask my question here. Firstly I have taken clen before on diet, but never did any proper cardio.

I am on diet again and am doing cardio after lifting 6 times a week for 30 min a session. I started taking clen today and will have ramped up to full dosage by 28 Oct. I'll be using yohimbine as well.

I read that you must not do high intensity cardio when on clen, but what exactly defines high intensity? I try and push myself on the elliptical, how do I know if I am pushing too hard?

I'm dosing clen first thing in the morning, and train after 17.00.

Hi guys
I'm half way thru week 2 on Clen and had terrible cramps today in my lower arms and calves...
Had to stop gym and go home.
Been taking taurine in the evenings but only 2x 500mg caps.
I need to up that substantially I think but also need to get a potassium suplement as well.
Bad day...,

It's all about your heart rate. Try to keep your heart rate below 170bpm ideally at about 150bpm. If you do keto then try to keep it at 120bpm. Why do you do cardio right after weights and not fasted in the mornings?

Not on keto. While I am prepared to sacrifice in order to achieve my goals, getting to the gym twice a day is a bit of a stretch for me time wise, especially when the cardio sessions only need to be 30-40min (it's the travel time in the morning that's the issue).

O okay I see then its fine if you do your cardio after weights. Fasted cardio is obviously the best but if it's not practically possible then it's okay.

@Fox: As long as you wait atleast two weeks inbetween I can't really see a reason why you can't? Just don't do for example 4 Clen cycles in a row.

I've seen plenty of conflicting reports and opinions about fasted cardio vs non-fasted... but that's probably a topic for another thread.

Preworkout I'm eating two small slices (80g) of wholegrain seeded brown loaf with 100g of baked beans. In my mind that fuels me just enough for my weight training session. :)
