Heya guys.
I used to hit it really hard at the gym and I was using USN's Anabolic Mass and aside from the huge size of each serving that was working well for me. But I stopped around the beginning of last year because of college... I still do pushups and play around with dumbells now and then but of course, it's not the same as a gym.

Now I have loads of time in my hands so I want to go back to the gym.... But I'm wondering if I should still use USN's stuff. I went through the forums and pretty much everyone is saying that USN is kak. Is that true?

What's the best supplement for a hard gainer? USN's Anabolic Mass, Evox's 5XL Muscle Meal or SSN's Anabolic Mass?

For a hard gainer modify your PWO shake: take more whey and more fast-carbs (dextrose/isotonic/vitargo ect). Those mass-gainer as basically whey, carbs (mostly basic sugar), other supps (in minor quantities) and fillers. If you really are a hard gainer, add in quality liquid meals to get the calories in. Raw oats also helps (small size vs. calories it yields). Basically, as a hard-gainer, don't approach your problem just with the PWO, use the entire day.

Hope it helps man.

I have also been researching about a better supplement for a hardgainer and came across dextose and vitargo before. What is it and how does it help us?

I am on Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass by ON and glutamine. Expensive stuff but works great.

Should I rather be taking SSN whey mixed with dextrose, creatine monohydrate and glutamine?

This is excellent advice! You can take any shake you like after you train (if you are starting out, just get whatever is on special) but the important thing is to EAT throughout the day

Im also a "hardgainer" and our best supplement is straight up food! ive used serious mass and yea it was good but im way happier now eating correctly and using whey...

I promise you it will work out cheaper and depending on your diet you can gain quality mass, not this fatty mass from sugars almost all of the mass gainers provide

I mix my whey with my oats to get the carbs in...

I have been through all the brands, USN Hyperbolic Mass, SSN Mass Addiction, Biogen NitroGain, Biogen BULK, USN Anabolic Mass, Evox 5XL, Evox 5XL Formidable Mass, Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass. In the end what worked what I am still using is Evox 5XL Formidable Mass. USN is unhealthy I agree. Made my teeth yellow and don't trust them. They screwed the the public over once before, nothing stops them from doing it again. To be quite honest 5XL Formidable Mass is actually the only massgainer I have had excellent gains with. Drink one shake as soon as I get up in the morning and one directly after a workout. That with Gaspari Superpump Max gave me insane solid gains so you can maybe consider that as well. But Creapure Creatine also works well.

But you must have a minimum, and I mean literally minimum, and by that I mean if the world is ending and there is no more food in the world, of 3 meals per day. 4 if possible and 5 ideal otherwise the shakes won't help you gain weight. You need the right diet otherwise you are just wasting your money.
