what are the best foods to buy when you're on a limited budget? i mean if i can only have a few items what would be wise to spend my cash on?

Well, depends on how broke you are.
If you have a few hundred rand to spend I would say some whey and BCAA from LSJ would be a good start.
Look out for specials on chicken breasts.

Best thing to do is go to Checkers.

Buy chicken breast on special for R30.00 per/kg , then buy some brown rice for like R15.00 kg and some sweet potato and broccoli .

Should come up to around 15 bucks. Depending on how much you buy

Cheapest form of carbs is OATS and cheapest protein is EGGS.You can build some solid muscle with those 2 items.The oats you can eat raw(if you are too poor to cook it) and the eggs you can just boil.

@Moosoori - Do you live near a township or an informal settlement? There are usually some chickens strolling around there....just a suggestion..... :haha

About the ass - it's so wide you could stick some chevron plates on there and it might qualify as a code 13.

Well pump doesnt like it so I'm not alone. I think its the test in ur bodies making you guys think its a great ass, you'll probably think that of most asses. I never said I hate it, I just dont think its that great but I dont look at women's asses so I cant really compare.
