I saw Basmati at Checkers Hyper for double price than Brown.

I have always been using brown up to know , works out cheaper. Rice tastes like rice to me.

The mixed herbs and chicken sound brilliant for weekends.

Yeh you will pay that price at a normal super market.
Stick to your brown rice and chicken... good formula you got there.

Just add in the flax seed oil. then you getting in your 3,6 and 9 EFA. Works out way cheaper than buy caps.
You can get a 500ml bottle from Dischem @ R80 and it will last you about a month if you have 10ml x 2meals per day
