Are we talking about asses or food?

If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.

depends on what you eat :laugh:

on topic....any cheap food with a high protein count...raisins, lean biltong (ostrich) peanut butter is a good one. Theres actually a tone of stuff that is low cost that has a high quality protein count available out there.

I disagree. 3g per 100g is low. Raisins are good for causing insulin spikes post workout but I dont think they are good to snack on with peanuts...for the resaon of the insulin spike of course

which is caused by the increase in blood sugar right? I just find that a really small amount of raisins gives a great energy boost if a bit tired in the day. I dont have a lot of them as they do have a bit of a sugar content.Perhaps before a workout?

Yes due to the increase in blood sugar. They are great before a workout if you are feeling run down but remeber with every insulin spike there is a dip too when your blood sugar drops again and you'll feel tired. So its best to try stabilize your blood sugar levels throughout the day

@CowAss
LSJ is getting Milk Thistle soon

@barBELL
Having the fats in the nuts with the sugar from the raisins can actually blunt your insulin spike.

Sorry if I offend you
Its just my point of view
