Err, If its from the PnP butcher, I am pretty sure its not! In fact all the big stores are not Halaal as far as I know! Though if you buying certain brands such as rocklands, rainbow, supreme, those are halaal but it would be frozen!

Dont currently have the time for madrassa, being an engineering student doesn't allow for that. But will go during vacs
As for why I've been on a long spiritual journey started off as a cynical atheist and then I started seriously thinking about what is the meaning of our existence, did a fair bit of reading on religions and the like, now I find myself making salaah 5 times a day. Thats just a simplification of things, and thanks for asking and I'll let you know if I need any help
