Deadlifts were often in the 6-8 rep range, everything else the famous 8-12 range.

Sorry if I offend you
Its just my point of view

Haha i havn't isolated my bi' and tri's for over 4 years now! and i still manage to keep them at 41 cm. I only use the 15kg's or so if i want to warm up my arm etc. that's all though :side:

I'm on 18s now, that's with seated alternating curls, not sure about concentrated curls

Well the weights secondary to form anyway. I see dudes trying to curl 25s and swinging around like a monkey

I am useless! I weigh 74kg and bench 70kg max for my last set which is 6-8reps....

If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you

I'd say your deadlifts are lacking quite a bit even for a 10 rep range.

An example, one of my guys this weekend at 88kg raw and natural hit

170kg squat
201kg deadlift
130kg bench

Another one of my guys at 91kg raw and natural

170kg squat
160kg bench
260kg deadlift

These guys are "average" guys with solid training.

Oh, and as for "what ya curl?" - Anyone asking that question has got their priorities completely screwed?!

hahaha sorry RVP ;)

Also, as well as being raw and natural - those guys only use creatine and BCAA/Leucine. No preworkout stuff and none of the other crap supplements out there. They just eat well.
