Thanks MA. I agree. I think for the next cycle I should definitely consider an AI during cycle. There a particular AI you recommend from your experience my friend?

Between a caber, an HCG, a letro and an AI, it starts getting confusing.

I am keen to start a mini encyclopedia on each type of compound which guys on here can update until we have all the relevant details on a particular compound. We can then apply all the important info into a standardised table and post an article on each thing. Mostly for newbies and revision before a cycle. What you think MA?

@RonTheSaveg
A UGL? Sorry my bro I suck with the abbreviations

@Fakey_AK
Yes I think everybodies bod reacts differently to certain compounds. I think because I have always been really thin when I was running, is the reason gyno is probably not an issue for me.
I would consider crying nipples to have the kind of huge pectorals you have though bro.

Nah being skinny can't be the reason, I use to be a skinny 50kg something metalhead :silly:

Small tip for your next 19 nor cycle, most of the time if you control estrogen it lowers the chances of progesterone/prolactin sides to rear its ugly head. Mostly but not always.

Another quick update:

My bridge seems to be going fine. As mentioned since the Test Prop pins my ED seems to be much better. Quantity is virtually zero but I have been told clomid will sort that out come PCT.

My itchy nips are better this morning again. I have realised it only gets itchy the day after I spike the HCG.

Last two things: I am very tired the last two days and a little achy. Going to take two days break from the gym. I went yesterday and just sat there. I realised my old bod was at the limit.

The other thing is my mood is at its worst since I started my cycle. Really bad argument with my chick resulted in me sleeping in the spareroom. Even my dreams have been nasty, waking me up. Bit scary.
Having to tell myself to think before I open my mouth now. Almost feels like I am in a haze.
I find myself driving in the left lane of the highway.

Anyway that's about it. Have a great day guys!

Another update:

Need some advice guys. A week into bridge I am sweating profusely during the night.
Have been wearing a t-shirt to prevent the sheets from getting soaked. But last night I actually replaced the t-shirt 3 times.
And my mood has got to the point where I am scared to pick up the phone.
I actually took the day off work today which i never do.

Considering I was relatively fine through a 15-week deca cycle mood wise, it has to be one of the things I am taking during my bridge:
* Test Prop
* Anavar
* HCG
* Proviron

None of us on here are whiners but guys I gotta tell you it is gonna be difficult to survive another day and night like I had yesterday. Hectic. Any advice from the pro's?

Warm Regards,

Nate

Take a chill pill :silly:

But it's all about self control, thinking before you act. Sounds to me like your body has either had enough or you have a hormone imbalance which will also cause mood swings.

Are you using an AI yet?

As for the sweating, you screwed. I change my shirt 2-3 a night and have been doing so for almost 2 months. My wife packs pillows between us so I don't wet her side of the bed.

So maybe drop dosages or move out or meditate or find a stress reliever and kicking the dog doesn't count.

Haha thanks Fakey.
I smiled so you definitely are my favourite conversation today.

I actually acquired a few Alzams from the chick (Anti-anxiety kak) but don't really want to add to the stuff I'm putting in my body.

I am only on HCG Pregnyl at the moment.

I figured as much about the sweating. I just couldn't understand why it was now suddenly an issue and not through 15 weeks of deca. Strange.

I have been trying to meditate in the morning, but in terms of stress relief, I can barely balance the gym and eating and work and sleep schedule. Adding a hobby would be almost impossible right now haha.

I think you may be spot on though Fakey. Maybe my body has had enough.

Does anyone think a change in my bridge is in order or maybe a lower dosage?

Honestly bud this is very unusual for the compounds you are running. And you are running the right Ancilliaries with it so the sides should be minimal. Please list all your meds you are on and a rough summary of your training and diet. I want to see if I can't find why your body is acting out like this. In terms of chill pills, Alprazolam is pretty damn decent figured you did good there. ;)

Nate like Pyro aid give a total of everything you're taking.

Imho though I think a lot of your stress is because your cycle is nearing completion.

Are the results maybe not what your expectations were? Only you know, but it sounds like you've stuck to this with 150% dedication.

From what I can garner you tend to over think things. A good thing, but can also work against you.

I think you've learnt a lot about your body so future goals may be more realistic.

Hang in there. You've been a real inspiration to many I'm sure.

Personally I don't think it's your bridge 'gear' that's a problem here Nate. I'd leave it as is. I think you letting the gear get the better of your mind. Having said that, you are experiencing real symptoms here. From all my cycles my bridge has always been supa awesome bru! Your PCT is gonna be a VERY rocky road if you don't push through this. If you think this is kak, wait for the PCT. And not trying to scare you off bru.. But I'm a realist and you better make sure your mind and body is ready for the PCT.
IMO, If you drop the prop now you gonna have zero test and you gonna feel so much worse then you do now! And I highly doubt it's the Anavar or Proviron.

If I were you I'd take this long weekend off and get some good rest. And make sure your nutrition is tops bru. Eating lank clean is gonna do wonders for your body and mind.

IMHO, when on gear this is what separates the men from the boys. You gotta be supa strong here bru. > and no disrespect at all. Just what I know from my own personal experience bru! ;)

Keep us posted! Good luck with this.

Are you still running Dostinex.? You should be for at the very least 2 weeks post nandrolone. Otherwise it'll be the prolactin getting you all hormonal.
I'd also be on a low dose of letro at the moment to keep estrogen in check that'll also help with pct.

Go big or go home...

Wow thanks for all the awesome replies guys. I really appreciate it.
Let me take each comment one at a time.

@Pyroclasm

I took one of the alprazolams this morning. It was an excellent idea. It has made me a bit tired but my mood is like yeh bro. Haha.

As requested, a brief rundown of my bridge, my training, and my diet.

[1] My bridge is:
* 150mg Test Prop EOD for first 40 days of 54 day bridge
* 60mg of Anavar daily
* Two provirons daily - one in the morning and one in the afternoon
* 375IU's of HCG every 5 days
* 0,5mg tablet of dostinex every 5 days
* Some multivitamins in the morning, along with some Omega 3 Fish Oil Tabs
* One essentiale
* A Berocca Boost fizzy tab

Other then the alprazolam, I am not on any meds of any kind. I have been lucky to have had no flu or flu symptons throughout my cycle.

[2] My diet
I try and change it up, but the last two days it was as follows:
* 8am - Two eggs with yolk and three egg whites on two slices of Rye Toast
* 9am - A smoothie consisting of Nutritech Whey, Nutritech glutamine, a spoon of sugar free peanut butter, a spoon of honey, Low fat milk, 2 bananas and 4 ice blocks
* 10.30am - Small portion of Ostrich Fillet on brown basmati rice
* 11am - Two scoops of NO-Explode as my pre-workout, along with a a few hellfire nitrates when I am very flat. During gym I mix some BCAA's in my water bottle.
* Within a half an hour of gym, I make another whey protein and glutamine shake.
* 1.30pm or so - Another small portion of Ostrich Fillet with brown basmati rice
* 4pm - My last portion of Ostrich Fillet for the day with brown rice. I try and not add too many carbs after 5pm
* 7pm - A tuna salad with nuts, along with some brocolli
* Before bed I sometimes have a last shake or a few nuts or some biltong. If I am craving I have two spoons of peanut butter.

[3] My training
The average week is 5 days on, 2 days off.
Day 1 - Chest and Triceps
Day 2 - Legs and Cardio
Day 3 - Back and Core
Day 4 - Arms and Cardio
Day 5 - Shoulders and Core

@CycloTrpTyr

Thank you for the awesome words of encouragement Cyclo. It means a lot bud.
Details requested are above as promised.

I have definitely gone as hard as I can and I think my expections were realistic. Up over 10kg at the moment so can only be thrilled with that. Its definitely not any depro over not getting results or my cycle coming to an end. I knew I couldn't expect miracles starting at my age. I think I can be proud of what I have done so far. Its an awesome base for the future. I know that.

My strength is way up too. When I started in February, for example, I did 14kg barbell bicep curls. I now do 25kg, so huge difference.

I certainly do over think things bro. And I agree that sometimes I just need to tell my head to shut the fuck up and just go with it. Nothing can be perfect.
I agree that I have learnt more about my body in the last 4 months then the previous 20 years, so my expectations for future goals on future cycles will get smoother each time.

Once again it is because of awesome okes like yourselves taking the time to answer my stupid and constant barrage of questions that has made me better - and healthier - and stronger.

@RonTheSaveg

Ron as always you are a real inspiration to me bud. Your words on this forum always help get my old ass out of bed and to the gym or into the kitchen. Thank you.

I will definitely continue with the Test, as I know it will help significantly come PCT.

Considering my massive 212 day programme, I think I should know that half way through the race is when mental strength is required. I have also realised that sometimes it just requires good okes like yourself to hand out a few words of extra encouragement. I think that this in the end will be the strength of this forum. Thank you mate.

@Rhino

Yes I am still taking the dostinex at 0,5mg every 5 days. Sorry I forgot to include that in my last post.
Are you suggesting a low dose of letro until the end of my bridge? I have some 2,5mg Femara tabs on hand in case of gyno which hasn't happened. Can I use those?
Thanks mate.

Epilogue (Haha)
Wow before I have to publish a book, and while I am still high on my alprazolam, let me just say thanks to so many guys on here that have truly inspired me.
From Muscleaddict, to Oupa, Admin, Pyro, Fillet, Cyclo, Rhino, Ron, Fakey, T-Style, Flex, Alex, G-man, Chapel, Mike, Cracker, Heritage, Mike123, LXIX, Shane and so many others.
