Wow thanks for all the awesome replies guys. I really appreciate it.
Let me take each comment one at a time.
@Pyroclasm
I took one of the alprazolams this morning. It was an excellent idea. It has made me a bit tired but my mood is like yeh bro. Haha.
As requested, a brief rundown of my bridge, my training, and my diet.
[1] My bridge is:
* 150mg Test Prop EOD for first 40 days of 54 day bridge
* 60mg of Anavar daily
* Two provirons daily - one in the morning and one in the afternoon
* 375IU's of HCG every 5 days
* 0,5mg tablet of dostinex every 5 days
* Some multivitamins in the morning, along with some Omega 3 Fish Oil Tabs
* One essentiale
* A Berocca Boost fizzy tab
Other then the alprazolam, I am not on any meds of any kind. I have been lucky to have had no flu or flu symptons throughout my cycle.
[2] My diet
I try and change it up, but the last two days it was as follows:
* 8am - Two eggs with yolk and three egg whites on two slices of Rye Toast
* 9am - A smoothie consisting of Nutritech Whey, Nutritech glutamine, a spoon of sugar free peanut butter, a spoon of honey, Low fat milk, 2 bananas and 4 ice blocks
* 10.30am - Small portion of Ostrich Fillet on brown basmati rice
* 11am - Two scoops of NO-Explode as my pre-workout, along with a a few hellfire nitrates when I am very flat. During gym I mix some BCAA's in my water bottle.
* Within a half an hour of gym, I make another whey protein and glutamine shake.
* 1.30pm or so - Another small portion of Ostrich Fillet with brown basmati rice
* 4pm - My last portion of Ostrich Fillet for the day with brown rice. I try and not add too many carbs after 5pm
* 7pm - A tuna salad with nuts, along with some brocolli
* Before bed I sometimes have a last shake or a few nuts or some biltong. If I am craving I have two spoons of peanut butter.
[3] My training
The average week is 5 days on, 2 days off.
Day 1 - Chest and Triceps
Day 2 - Legs and Cardio
Day 3 - Back and Core
Day 4 - Arms and Cardio
Day 5 - Shoulders and Core
@CycloTrpTyr
Thank you for the awesome words of encouragement Cyclo. It means a lot bud.
Details requested are above as promised.
I have definitely gone as hard as I can and I think my expections were realistic. Up over 10kg at the moment so can only be thrilled with that. Its definitely not any depro over not getting results or my cycle coming to an end. I knew I couldn't expect miracles starting at my age. I think I can be proud of what I have done so far. Its an awesome base for the future. I know that.
My strength is way up too. When I started in February, for example, I did 14kg barbell bicep curls. I now do 25kg, so huge difference.
I certainly do over think things bro. And I agree that sometimes I just need to tell my head to shut the fuck up and just go with it. Nothing can be perfect.
I agree that I have learnt more about my body in the last 4 months then the previous 20 years, so my expectations for future goals on future cycles will get smoother each time.
Once again it is because of awesome okes like yourselves taking the time to answer my stupid and constant barrage of questions that has made me better - and healthier - and stronger.
@RonTheSaveg
Ron as always you are a real inspiration to me bud. Your words on this forum always help get my old ass out of bed and to the gym or into the kitchen. Thank you.
I will definitely continue with the Test, as I know it will help significantly come PCT.
Considering my massive 212 day programme, I think I should know that half way through the race is when mental strength is required. I have also realised that sometimes it just requires good okes like yourself to hand out a few words of extra encouragement. I think that this in the end will be the strength of this forum. Thank you mate.
@Rhino
Yes I am still taking the dostinex at 0,5mg every 5 days. Sorry I forgot to include that in my last post.
Are you suggesting a low dose of letro until the end of my bridge? I have some 2,5mg Femara tabs on hand in case of gyno which hasn't happened. Can I use those?
Thanks mate.
