The dude cannot get Aromasin and I am telling him that it is not the end of the world.

Possible solutions if I can't get aromasin?

Make a plan and find some Aromasin. Face it your not a spring chicken so your going to battle with recovery after a long Deca cycle anyway.
And no Adex won't work.

So arimidex not a suitable replacement? Understood

My supplier said Arimidex and aromasin are effectively the same thing. Eish this is why I am anal about every decision.

They are both Aromatase Inhibitors (AI) but the one is a type I AI and the other a type II. Both of them can be run on cycle to prevent gyno (which is what your supplier is thinking) but the Aromasin is the one you want for PCT. It is better if you run the PCT with Aromasin but if you absolutely cannot get hold of it then you will still recover without it just slower and be sure to have estrogen control on hand in case of rebound.

And the estrogen control on hand would be arimidex Pyro? How will I know if I am rebounding and needing to take it? Signs?

It will be your typical estrogen sides bud. On hand arimidex or nolvadex both work fine. Again bud it is not that common so please don't stress about it because your brain is a powerful influence on the body. You also took Prolactin control during cycle as well as HCG so you are well set up for PCT. Be sure to wait long enough before you start hey.

Never been in your situation, so no advice I can offer.

What I did with my cycle was buy everything I needed up front PCT and Cycle. This way you know you won't get stuck.

New Update:

Just been going through all my records to create a bit of an overview.

At the beginning of the year before I changed my entire diet and exercise routine I weighed 77,4kg.
At the beginning of my deca cycle I was at 82,4kg.
At the end of my 15-week cycle I was at 91,1kg.
And now 15 days into my bridge, I am at 93,6kg.

Some of this is definitely water retention, but I reckon an overall increase of 16,2kg with a decrease in overall bodyfat is as good as could possibly have been expected.
Lots to learn but so stoked with the results so far.

Now I just hope I find the aromasin so my PCT goes well. And calorie maintenance will then become the key.

Your focus now is on keeping as much of those gains as possible! You did great.

If u were having a normal Deca cycle with no sides I would agree the Aromasin can be left but in your case u exp the worst side there is allready so get the Aromasin ...ask the boss if he knows any big guys at the gym that might be able to help ...at least you have made record gains..
