Thank You Ron,

Your words mean a lot as always my bru.
I am currently taking Vitamin B & C, along with fish oils, etc, etc. But will consider the jabs. Good call.
Am definitely going to take more rest days I reckon. I definitely shouldn't be too hard on myself considering this is my first time out of the gate so to speak.

Trying my best with the nutrition my bro. And trying to stay positive bru. My relationship taking a bit of strain though.

I thought maybe the aches and pains were caused by the fact that the deca levels are going down.

I really respect your awesome outlook and I really look up to you bru. Your attitude is extraordinary.

Nate

Update:
Feel much better today. Last week of test prop shots for my bridge this week, and although I'm still tired, my libido is up so that's good.
Took Friday and Saturday off, but gymed hard yesterday.

Ron appreciate the cool words as always mate.

The var also seems to be shredding me a bit which is great. Starting to see some stomach muscle for the first time in years. Feels good.

One of the big lessons learnt: Try get bodyfat below 12% before cycling again.
Although as I said, in my forties I shouldn't be too hard on myself either.

Have a good day guys.

Keep up the hard work, the easiest part is over (if one can call it easy) and the extra hard work has to begin pct, most guys slack of on this time, but I am sure you can do this, keep them valuable gains.

Good luck with your pct that follows, and keep us up to date

Hey brah,

Yeh reaching the end of my bridge and so far so good mate. Steady at just over 90kg at the moment. Trying to eat clean that's the big thing.
Few aches and pains but no pain no gain right. One day at a time bru...

Hey guys,

Almost at the end of bridge now and going well.

I saw a mate I haven't seen since last year yesterday, and he immediately remarked how much bigger and more defined I was which was great to hear. He did however point out that my face looked a little puffy and that I had bags under my eyes. Is this water retention?

@Fillet
I read yesterday on one of the threads that you referred to Deca as the pretty boy roid. (Ironically haha) Is this because it effects your looks in some ways like puffiness? Nothing I can do about it?

Warm Regards,

Nate

Ye purely because it improves bone density, helps to cure joint problems, its easy on the liver, does not cause excessive hairloss or acne. As long as you manage prolactin and work the steroid properly

Thanks man. So you saying:
* Deca does cause inevitable puffiness in the face?
* Is it the same for Test?
* Deca has a negative effect on your looks?
* Is this caused by water retention?
* Does the puffiness go away?
* Would equipose, for example, have the same effect on the face as Deca?

Regards,

Nate

The puffiness is water retention. Did you run adex or letro?

That's why your puffy Bud(water retention) we told you running a low dose would help control the sides you experience and would have made pct easier.
So it's not the Deca as any compound Equi and test included will have the same effect. Once you start your pct water will drop with your weight. And you won't look puffy anymore

Go big or go home...
