Just checking in.
Been tough gyming without the juice but we are sticking to the goal no matter how hard. Determined to make this a lifestyle.

Taking the advice of the mods on here and working hard to drop my bodyfat well below 12% before attempting a second cycle. Took a few ReliSlim tabs which helped but I think it also hurts muscle growth because you each much less. But at least it prevented me from eating crap. Especially with holidays coming up.

Eat as clean as I can, and gym as hard as I can. Thats the mission.
I have learnt that showing up is half the battle. Oh and also to put pants on if i take pics haha.

I'm still ticking along and trying.
Took ReliSlim tabs for a month and my bodyfat percentage has definitely come down. Only side effect is slight light headedness on occasion at the gym. That sucks.
But I am sticking to the goal of getting my bodyfat under 12% before starting a second cycle.

This will be my last post on this thread. Its been a great journey so far.
It seems like a lifetime ago when I posted my first silly questions on here.
I will open a new thread in the Cycle Discussion section called "Nate's Second Cycle".
