Drink water? That's for humans! Rich wants to leave humanity behind, he only drinks BCAA-enriched-earth-nectar.

What bothers me the most is the fact that he actually has no idea how much, and of what he is eating. And loads of people are following, and probably taking it to heart thinking that's the way to bulk. And adding a bit of cardio to account for random meal increases? TF mate?

And he doesn't even need to. He's Right shoulder is full of acne, how does that happen? Obviously gear and cause acne, but mainly the back and chest, he has it on one single delt cap? I have such a lag everytime he fucks up a line, apologises, tries to correct it, shakes his head like his brain just short circuited and then starts from the top like he's intending to edit it out later. Which he never does.

I would assume his leg training was decent judging by his competition pics back in the day. But due to injuries he had to stop training them.
It's also why his company is one of the fastest growing(5% Nutrition)
