He's only in week 3 of his cycle and is on TRT so extending a cycle is not an issue. What did I miss? Deca is a kak option considering his chronic meds unless it's a very low dose.

Prolactin can be controlled. So keep running the Deca and heal twice as fast. I did it with my nose operation. If you run Deca along with those drugs he is using, what happens? Please explain.

The truvalin 25mg knocks me out but sometimes take stillnox 12,5mg
Cabaser 0.5mg e5d
My apetite has completely gone and battling to even get 2000cals in per day

@MA: I agree fully that the drugs cause an increase in prolactin, and using Deca alongside will surely increase it too high, but if he uses Cabasser alongside will this not keep his levels with range?

I would be hesitant to use cabaser off-script considering the meds and issues involved.

No that's BS. Both methods will lower Prolactin but in completely different ways and Cabasser is much more effective than Nolva+Proviron.

Unfortunately not. Cabaser controls the level of prolactin while nolva (and proviron to a minor degree) is a SERM with anti-estrogen properties.

You can get away without cabaser at lower doses of deca by controlling estrogen, but not where you're at.

I would get bloods done to see what your E2, prolactin and progesterone values are.

Some people tolerate pramipexole better than caber. Both have a list of sides.

It's not as simple as deca + cabaser = no prolactin = happy Tmuscle. Cabaser along with anti psychotics can also mess with your brain. So taking 2 drugs that interfere with chronic meds is never a good idea. Especially when you have to take more of one to counteract the other one, but by doing so you increase the chance for contraindications.

I didn't know how serious it was but I did a search and found this :

Cabaser has 143 serious drug interactions, one of which is with zoxadon (risperidone)

"Serious - Use Alternative

Potential for serious interaction; regular monitoring by your doctor required or alternate medication may be needed

cabergoline oral decreases effects of risperidone oral by opposing drug effects."

The reason they are contraindicated is because the Seroquel potently affects the enzymes that break down the other drugs (it does this with bloody everything- also the other drugs he is using). Seroquel Is a strong antagonist of the CYP enzymes that metabolises Cabasser. All that this means is that he needs to lower/up his dosage of Cabasser for the same effects depending on how the Cabasser metabolises. The dopaminergic properties of Cabasser are not a concern with this combination of drugs. The exact same reason for contraindication of Cabasser and Risperidone are the antagonism of CYP enzymes, but nothing else. The exact same for Bromocriptine.

But he's been told to up the cabaser? Guess that was before the other meds were mentioned.

The chronic meds are dopamine antagonists and cabaser is a dopamine agonist. He will need to take double the cabaser dose to counteract that and then more side effects could come into play. You do not know that it won't affect the effectiveness of his chronic meds. I would not risk it when there are other steroids much safer to use given the circumstances. If a medical website lists a possible serious interaction then there could be issues.

I fully agree with you when a medical website lists a serious interaction we should take note of it. Also important is to understand the reason for the serious interaction as some drugs potentiate the effects of others, some increase the toxicity, some affect the metabolisation enzymes, etc. So based on the reason for the interaction and if logically the risk seems reasonable then you can still use the combination. Take me for example- I am on lots of strong stuff cause I am completely nuts! Almost all of my drugs have very serious interactions and yet I am perfectly fine and don't experience any sides. My psychiatrist and I did the interaction checks together and he dismissed all of the interactions. If you take TMuscle, the Respiridone interacts significantly with both the Escitalopram and the Seroquel, but his doc prescribed it to him and he is fine (I hope his doc did the necessary interaction checks). The medical website doesn't mention the interaction between the ant-/agonism of Cabaser where it always does if relevant, so I am pretty sure that is not a concern. I am quite sure it is because the affinity for the D-Receptors of the antagonists are a lot stronger than the agonists of Cabasser.

Thanks pyro for all the info so far I have been feeling a bit better over the weekend last deca pin was on Wednesday and caber dose was on friday haven't trained since Wednesday and have been sleeping a lot better worried now that I won't be able to train for six weeks except light cardiovascular after two weeks post surgery
I am willing to change things up with regard to chemicals and dosages needed to get over this rough patch
Any advice is always welcome my psychological issues have been under control for 15 years although December was a rough month with a lot of family issues .
I have always used the gym as my escape and destresser and in the past after surgery I usually bounce back stronger than ever

Well you have pinned Deca for three weeks now so it's going to be in your system helping you heal whether you like it or not. Have you used Nandrolone before? Any side effects?

Used pgw deca last year at a low dose no sides then although this is the first time I have ever used tbol have normally stuck to var when using oral the deca I have pinned over the last 3 weeks was nomad labs the truvalin is a recent addition that my Dr prescribed in december so if I trace things back it seems when the problem began I generally feel hyper after the caber and my mood is elevated which usually lasts about 24 hrs I have seen my psych twice since December and he wants me to stay on the truvalin he mentioned two weeks to stabilise and system to get used to it seems to be taking a bit longer than he suggested will be seeing him again on the 30th

Especially with Deca there is a big difference in terms of Prolactin when on low dose vs good dose. If you use Deca at a good dose then you will need to be able to use Cabasser if you need it. You must choose for yourself bud. Either keep pinning Deca as planned and accept that you might have to use Cabasser, or drop it immediately.

Feeling much better dropped the tbol replaced with var and dropped the deca dose to 450mg no sides no cabaser this week and increased the proviron to 50mg per day energy levels are up and depression has lifted

Another question for the expierenced members I am going for hernia surgery on Tuesday and want to use hgh for healing purposes what would the ideal dose in iu be for this effect

Ron is also going for hernia surgery and see what other members recommend in terms of disclosing what you are on to your surgeon prior to surgery.
