Fatigue and depression

Thanks lex will keep it on hold until I can lift again going to be six weeks away from the weights will start swimming two weeks post surgery and stationary bike I have already dropped 6kgs in 2 weeks apetite is gone battling to get in 1500 calories per day

Can anyone recommend a good biokineticist on the west rand and any advice on what to keep taking on this cycle or do I abandon it and just go back to my trt test dose until I'm healed up

Any input on this from pyro oupa or ma thanks guys surgery is done no complications and am recovering at home I was under the impression that hgh would help with faster healing and recovery please advise here guys

I can't think of any reason why you shouldn't use hgh now. It will only help. It's not like you're going to do 12iu/day with insulin. That's a different story.

2iu would be beneficial but more would be better. The problem with dosing at 2iu/day is that HGH degrades pretty quickly in the sterile water it comes with, and that means it would take 5 days to finish the amp which is too long. Best to finish it in 3 days max so you don't waste any.

Would you be able to load the HGH into insulin syringes and freeze like we do with HCG to preserve it once it has been reconstituted?

Or would that not work with HGH?

No you can't freeze it. Ideally you want to use bacteriostatic water with benzyl alcohol to reconstitute the hgh if you want to only use 1 or 2iu a day.

Hi guys this is my recovery plan to heal faster and hold onto my hard earned muscle
Deca 150mg per week
Sustanon 250mg per week
Anavar 20mg ed
Hgh 3iu per day
Proviron 20mg per day
Will follow this for next 4 weeks
Light cardio 40 min per day to start Monday
Was thinking of using this recovery time to try and get bf below 10%
Any advice or comments would be most welcome and appreciated
Recovery is going well and mental issues are resolved stable on the new meds and motivated to come back stronger than ever I am virtually pain free 5 days post surgery
Calories are at low 2000 per day still keeping diet clean
Any advice from members with regards to swimming training programmes would help greatly

Where would one be able to find bacteriostatic water with benzyl alcohol and how long (approx) will it keep for in the fridge then once reconstituted?

Doesn't all bacteriostatic water contain benzyl alcohol? So I am assuming HGH comes with sterile water as opposed to bacteriostatic water?

The benzyl alcohol is a preservative in the sense that it prevents germs and helps to keep the reconstituted liquid sterile. How does it prevent the HGH from losing its potency?
