Hey guys..i came across these pics of about 3 years ago..lol When i first started out. These are pics of my natural days. I was a porker and enetered the USN challenge, i used good old fashioned proper eating and training - before steroids. I went from 98 down to 83kilos. waist from 115cm down to 89cm. Ill post a pic once i finish my current cycle that ive started. Anyhows have a good laugh !!!

Nice drop in bodyfat-did you get it measured before and after?

I think for the first time, I will believe the USN 12 week challenge, well done msman, cant wait to see the cycle ones

Thx Yohimbe...was somewhere round 25-27% according to the dodgy method they used at my gym and roundabout 14-17% they said afterward. I was just glad to shed the fat though. They say the best judgement is your eye so if you think you aint lean enough then you probably are not. You will see when youve reached your goal. keeping in shape ive found is a lifestyle and not just a diet.

Thx Beesting. It was alot of hard work then - lol and trust me it wasnt those supps that did the trick..had alot more to do with my eating habbits as well as training smart. Believe me those okes winning the challenge are def using juice and off the shelf fat burners-lol wish id known about em then. I hit a plateau about a year later did a cycle then at my second cycle 2wks in i injured myself and my daughter was born early so had to cut short. Had quite a few complications so i laid off training for a couple of months which makes a helluva difference..only recently got back into the swing so working freaking hard to make it all come together...

That's very true, esp if you're the unlucky bastards that put it on quickly-if you take a couple of weeks off you regret it for months

Now they experts are saying im going through male menopause and thats why my test levels have crashed which makes things more complex i.e low test = low fat burning and muscle wastage. They have recommmended TRT once a month injections for life!!! I dont like that outcome so im gonna try a power PCT HCG Clomid Kessar...If that dont work then its gonna be tricky working out cycles now!!! im researching my ass off for ideas that will not cause my body long term negative side effects

Im sure it was hard work but I think you will be fine getting back into it again, you know what you're capable of cos you have reached goals before so it will drive you to achieve ur goals once again

How old are you and when did they do the tests-how far from completion of your cycle?

What did the doctor recommend you get monthly?
Which compound?brand name?

Yohimbe im 32 so yeah i think im a bit young for what they are suggesting?? Tests done a little over 2 weeks ago ( 7 months after my last cycle cut short did a pct about 15days after my lst shot of clomid and kessar) and just started cycle couple of days ago after they gave me a shot of test. Like i said to them injecting test not gonna fix the prob just the symptoms. They said it aint good to have such low test levels for a long time as it leads to complications so what do i know? They say ive prob been suffering with low test for sometime now and its very unlikely my last cycle cut short woulda caused it.

32 is young, but have they given you a reason what may have caused it? And before you did any cycles were you having any impotence problems etc?
