I know the feeling of training alone, sucks sometimes. Sometimes its great as you can move a lot quicker, but on those heavy days i could really use someone to push me harder... Kinda tricky to push the limits on your own, especially when you gotta basically hunt down a gym employee for a spot. They are absolutely useless at my gym
