Beginner Bulking Cycle

So think I must start with the following cycle after all the information:

Cycle:

Day 1 - 70: 1 x 1mg SuperTest 320 twice a week, Mondays and Thursdays
Day 1 - 25: 4 x 10mg Dianabol a day
Day 25 - 124: 2 x 20mg Proviron a day
Day 70 - 124: 4 x 10mg Winstrol a day

PCT:

Day 124 - 130: 2 x 50mg Clomid 50 a day
Day 131 - 149: 500iu HCG every 2nd day
Day 131 - 160: 1 x 20mg Nolvadex 20 everyday

Think I'm going to leave the anti-estrogen and see what happens because I never got sensitive nipples in the past, just got a bit bloated in the face but it looks like the Proviron will help for that.

Everything look good bro except for your time from last pin to PCT. If I can remember correctly after reading someone's post, the site has an error for the waiting time with Supertest to start PCT. I'm sure the waiting time should be 36days?

I'll also be taking MusclePharm Assault for a pre-workout and some MuscleTech 100% Whey Protein after my workout.

I also want a anti-estrogen on hand should something happen but paying a sh!t load of money for something I might not have to use is a bit much. On some forums they say you should not use a anti-estrogen because it might effect your gains

Just to let you know, if you are paying that much for Adex you are making some arsehole a lot of easy cash... Don't ask for prices here but maybe ask some people you know what prices their contacts sell for.

Longest ester in PGW Supertest is Cypionate and the half life is 12 days, thus pct starts 3x12=36 days after last pin.

@MK: Everyone ive talked to says that proviron @ 40mg daily for 640mg test weekly is not going to work miracles, not saying its uneffective, it really is, but IMO proviron @ 50-100mg with that dose test is great.

@Khaos: Letro kills libido, fucks your lipid profile, fucks your joints and also lowers your immunity, adex might be double, but its worth it IMO and if you can afford proviron on cycle you should be able to afford adex. I say drop the proviron and get adex. Run proviron backwards from the first day before pct as your budget allows.

But don't the proviron also act like a anti-estrogen?

Will the proviron cause hair loss and what dose must I run per day?

Proviron stops estrogen from forming yes, but i dont think 50mg proviron will stop 600mg from aromatising just my 2c correct me PLEASE if im wrong>.

I suggest use proviron and see how it goes. You need estrogen for gains so just add the adex if you NEED to.

How much Proviron a day would you suggest?

khaos, 40mg of proviron a day on cycle is more then enough, even for your bridge to pct.. so stick with that and dont over complicate things, instead of running stupid high doses of proviron, keep it at 40mg and invest in some quality adex for your AI if your budget allows it because trust me, u dont wamt to be half way through cycle and gyno pops up and you stuck AI'less and u can always keep the adex for future cycles it really is a good investment,if not then you can drop it (proviron) and only run it during your bridge with some winny during your 36 day bridge.. and ps. stop worrying about the AI halting gains, you are taking gear, side effects happen and you have to deal with it, if you dont want to get gyno, dont take the gear, or look at it this way, do you either want a good looking chest/nipples that children dont want to suckle on when they hungry, or an additional kg or 2 of water.. i started taking adex now, 5 drops eod and the most its done is drop water out my face, and my sensitive nipple has gone away, otherwise im feeling great, its not bad at all, keep the cycle simple, and eat clean, and you will make excellent gains. good luck bud!!

@Khaos, like he said above don't over complicate things bud. Keep some Adex on hand if you get sides just use 5 drops EOD until the sides disappear and keep an eye on it. If it does not go away up the dose a bit to 10 drops 3 times a week, that should do it. Proviron at 40mg/day is perfect.

Thanks PoisonedPulse, now it's just to get Adex at a decent price because my supplier prices are good but his Adex are very expensive.

The reason maybe that his Adex is PharmaGrade which price is about right, that being said I have used LP and Oraltech Adex and both were significantly cheaper and as effective.

Is Anastrozole (Oral Liquid) from Liquid Pharmaceuticals the same thing?

The one above is almost half the price of the below one.

Because I see PoisonedPulse talks about drops which is a oral liquid.

The ones I was talking about is called Arimidex and it's made by Astra Zeneca SA and it 30 1mg tabs

So just to make double sure the Adex you guys are talking about is Liquid Pharmaceuticals Anastrozole (Oral Liquid)?

Must I take it from the start of my cycle EOD or only when I start getting sensitive nipples, bloaded face and other side effects?

Sorry for all the questions but want to buy all the right stuff and run the cycle right, don't want be in the middle of the cycle then I need this and that or get side effects and don't have the right stuff for the sides.

Do I need a liver flush as well?

I take StaminoGrow energy pills everyday which a vitamans and amino acids, etc in it and then also Omega 3 and 6 pills which have fish oils in it for blood, joints, etc.

yes that is the adex we talking about, its my first cycle including LP gear, and first time using adex from them, and i must add, i am very impressed, my right nipple got so sensitive and swollen, i was recommended adex @ 5 drops eod and nolva @ 20mg eod, its been roughly 7 days and my sensitive nipple is almost completely gone, i can rub it and do what i like and its not sore and funny thing is, in my 2 previous cycles, i never once had a case of gyno, so moral of the story, keep an AI on hand as you never know when it will be needed! good luck khaos! keep us updated

take it when the gyno appears in my opinion when ot IF u get sensitive, start 5 drops eod and you will have your estrogen related sides pretty much under control, as for the liver flush, maybe koe or dj can comment on that, iv havnt used anything on cycle , maybe use it to clean up during your pct
