I take StaminoGrow energy pills everyday which a vitamans and amino acids, etc in it and then also Omega 3 and 6 pills which have fish oils in it for blood, joints, etc.

I take 1 three times a day, right through cycle.

@koe: Ive heard from guys and coaches in my gym that 40mg daily wont free up the total 640mg. The guys suggest 4x25mg tabs when using 600mg test and like 6x25mg tabs when taking 750mg test.

I have absolutely no proof of this and its just a word of mouth thing, but thats the dosages guys in my gym use so...

Just a few questions, how do you mix the HCG 5000iu and how do you inject it?

I've never used HCG and isn't very clued up with using it.

The other question, is see it says the waiting period for Supertest 320 is 54 days as per the website, is this right?

Inject Sub Q with Insulin syringe.

Withdraw air and pierce the vial. The HCG vial is vacuumed, so let it suck up all the air from the syringe…. After the vial vacuum has been balanced with air, withdraw water into the syringe and drop the water slowly on the side of the vial.

DO NOT squirt directly onto the hcg powder. Do not shake the vial, store in the fridge.

And Yes 54 days wait after your last pin ST320 to PCT. (Test Blend)

So I mix all the water (2ml) that I get with the powder and take 0.2ml every second day (500iu).

Can I leave it mixed in the fridge because I will take 0.2ml every second day?

The longest ester in Supertest is Test Cyp so you can start pct 36 days after last shot, the 54day waiting period is a typo.

So is it 54 days or 36 days because some people say 54 days because it's almost the same as Sustanon which is a Testosterone Blend.

you can if you keep it sterile. but it will hurt a lot more. firstly because you pinning with a thicker needle and secondly because after inserting it into the vial the needle loses its edge

I see you don't get the 23g in 1.5" so would the 22g be better?

22g or 23g. Just make sure the length is 1.5" for glutes.

You can withdraw with rage from 18G onwards. Its makes the withdraw much easier with a thicker needle.
