Okay I found it but can't copy and paste the link from my BB. MR MA said either for pct3 but if using hcg for pct3 follow hcg as per pct 2 for pct3.

Mike I would use 450mg, not sure how the others feel...

@fillet so what your saying if I can't locate ovidrel . Don't use pct 3 use pct 2.
From what I read though if you use a 19-nor you have to use aromasin correct ?

No guys wait a moment please the articles need to be updated. Ovidrel is just synthetic HCG, but studies note no discernable difference between Ovidrel and HCG. This has been discussed on the forum. You can use HCG instead of Ovidrel and you should still do PCT 3. You can also use the HCG/Ovidrel on cycle in which case you don´t need to use it during PCT.

No mate. Pct3 exactly as is but follow hcg procol as per pct2 only. Pct3 with aramosin must be used. Sorry having signal issues here.

I started my npp cycle on 300 a week to see how I responded first wich I think is a good idea. On week 3 I went up to 450 and had night sweats and my sleep went to shit but it was manageable so I think starting any new compound at a lower dose is advisable until you see how you react.
I won't use npp or Deca again most people seem to love it but it just wasn't for me, my cycle bloomed once I stopped the npp and was on only the test and var.
Next cycle I'll give equi/supertest a go for sure.
I didn't front load and didn't feel I needed one the npp kicks in quick

Is cabaser a must during this cycle ?

And would you recommend running hcg during cycle or wait for pct. I don't mind

Hey bro I've just finished week 11 I stopped the npp at week 10 and then upped the test a bit as I had extra so I'm on about 800mg weekly teste and 80mg var per day. Strength gains were good but I've been focusing more on quality form and negative failure.
I started at 91kg 10 percent bf and I'm 98.5 7.6bf at the moment so it's been a great cycle but I'd put that down to diet..

I'm going to extend the test e to 13 weeks and then cut with the var and prop for my bridge..

Alright guys. My supplier said to me that nolvadex will work the same way way as aromasin ? Am i correct to say I need aromasin if I'm going using npp ?

Yip I ran caber through out and for 2 weeks after the npp. Quarter of a tab twice a week

Aromasin is type 1 ai and nolva is a type 2 ai, there is a differnce and they work very well together bud.

Using Nolvadex will indeed help you with estrogen gyno but it is old school and there are better alternatives to use on cycle like Arimidex or Aromasin even Letro if you enjoy feeling like ass. This type of gyno is cause by Testosterone aromatising into estrogen and forth. NPP = Nandrolone which is a 19-nor. 19-Nors cause Prolactin gyno. To combat Prolactin gyno you will need an anti-prolactin like Cabasser (Cabergoline) or Bromocriptine. That said though using an AI to lower estrogen will also lower Prolactin levels, but not nearly as effective as the anti-prolactin drugs. It is recommended you use an anti-prolactin when using a 19-nor even if you are not prone to prolactin gyno.

Are u not supposed to wait for signs before starting anti prolactin ? I know for normal Gyno it is a choice to use a AI on cycle regardless ...

You are 100% correct bud one should definitely wait for signs of gyno rather than throwing compounds at a problem 'just in case'. The reason why I suggest an anti-prolactin is because higher prolactin levels interfere with your PCT. Even if you don't get gyno, higher prolactin levels cause a more difficult time during PCT and makes your PCT less effective. Remember not all people are prone to high prolactin levels so as always I suggest you do your first cycle with the compound without taking ancillaries unless needed so you can see how your body responds.

If you have the cash then it is recommended to do bloods like this. You don't need to do it like this every cycle only I.m.o your first test cycle, your first Nandrolone cycle, and your first Tren cycle is enough. Then for the other cycle I would only do bloods 2 months after PCT. I wouldn't do bloods 8 weeks into cycle but rather at the start of my bridge, as this is when the concentrations of all the compounds are at their highest.

Alright gents been waiting 4 weeks now for my supplier to get npp. Which he still hasn't got.So I was thinking of changing cycle.

Wk1-4 test prop 100mg eod (300mg aweek)
Wk1-12 test e 250mg 2x awk (500mg aweek)
Bridge with anavar 60mg
Pct 2

What do you guys think? Should I add another compound ?
