Morning, long story short, as you all know I am on my first cycle and into my 7th week so i have 5 weeks to go of cyp before i bridge. Starting weight 105kg, 112 kg after dbol on 3rd week and on discontinuation of dbol i dropped to 108kg. On my 7th week I am on 113kg. Question is can you provide feed back based on my pics last night, should I cut calories and begin ripping or only concern myself with that whilst bridging? Should i keep bulking and based on stats am i growing at the correct pace. Reminder: 32 yrs of age, 6ft3inches tall.

Well personally if this cycle was to put on mass then carry on eating tons and lifting tons. Put on as much size as possible and then pct and work on keeping majority of gains. After all this then decide to cut or bulk further.

If you going to cycle to bulk then bulk and if you going to cycle to cut then cut but don't try and do both in one cycle.

But overall your gains are good, keep gaining i say.

Thanks bro, I think I will continue to get as much beef as possible whilst on this cycle and evaluate afterwards. I just wanted to ensure i am doing this right because cycle 2 will start in Dec and that one is a lot more potent.

Question: I am on about 4300 calaroies at the moment, do i stay on 4300 when i come off the gear or do i slowly drop the amount of calories taken in daily?

Good width on your back and chest. I would start focusing on your delts and arms workouts to maybe kick them up a notch. You do unfortunately have very long limbs, so your arms and delts need a lot of meat to give them the desired thickness.

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

A nice way to increase that thickness, especially when you have very long arms, is to hit the forearms hard and the lateral tricep head (The bad guy on the outside) it will start to add some nice width to your arms, especially from the front.

I'd drop to just above maintenance cals.

Look, i have 48s, a pencil thick vein down the middle with cross-veins all round. Your Tri doesnt even stick out the back nor can i see any sign of a horse-shoe. There is no sign of your Brachi nor seperation where your Bi starts.

Now all that in 4cm diff?

Anyway - happy training.

@Jackrabbit - Nobody asked you how big your arms are... Fillets height makes his limbs look thinner because he is such a big guy in general. The fact that you even felt the need to talk about your own arms in this thread is sad. You act like you were neglected as a child.

@fillet - Well done man, keep up the good work.

Thanks Dobby - Appreciate

Dang, I forgot to mention at start of the topic that I have a 48cm penis with a thick vein down the middle, some cross veins as well. Gonna post that pic next. I wrap it around my waist and stick the remnant up my jack.
