Constructive feedback for first cycle

Lets place a scenario, not attacking you here but trust me I have alot of life experience and yes I know I still may have a lot to learn, you meet someone older or if higher authority than yourself, do you respect the person ir the position he holds within society? Or do you apply the respect is earned philosophy? How long will that keep you in a job?

Me as person - I would respect him only if he knows his shit! Hence i believe in respect is earned.

@Koe, I missed all this arguing. Thanks for your feeback, as you can see you critizied followed by your respected feeback. Unfortuantely JR pointed out the wrong only, he offered no assistance. I have the utmost respect for admin, ma, dj, 00pump etc their knowledge is vast. If members critize only it will scare the newbies off posting their pics for assistance. No love lost with jr, next time he assists me I will be glad to take his advise.

this has become a dick measuring contest, i agree full heartidly with what koe has said and jackrabbit, both these guys have way more experience than most memebers of this forum so they deserve the respect of other members as they have earned it. this is the reason why i have distanced myself from this forum,it has become a lot more about how to criticise one another and not help each other out, and some of the posts of newer members and attitudes are pathetic.
