Constructive.

Fact 1 - Your are one big chunk of meat!, you can become a monster (if you do it properly)

Fact 2 - Your current physique can be achieved with natural bulk without gear. Before and after photo, and we could assist.

Fact 3 - The foundation is set, and i would say its a good one, build from that

Fact 4 - With your 2nd cycle get DJ, let him have you for 12 weeks.

Myth - 44cm on bicep....

+1

Boet there is no need to, you gain nothing from it, I am also a big boy so just carry on, stay focused and positive, your foundation is solid.

PS - I can Photoshop a 68cm bicep if you want one :silly:

 Well if we're all showing off I'll have to post a pic of my balls... All 5 kilos of them

You mean all three of them??

Snitch wrote: @ Jackrabbit

He is here for advice..so no need to give him shit..and Fillet is busy on his bulking cycle/diet btw..so obviously being ripped with pencil thick veins is not a concern at the moment!!

Help the brother out instead of being all vein about urself and giving the oakie shit!

Sorry for laughing JR but that comment was one of the better ones! :silly:

@Fillet: Definately agree that your triceps and delts need work. I would also focus a bit more on my back especially the lower back, but maybe that's just me. Very good width on your upper body and your chest is impressive! Any thoughts of stepping on stage one day my man? I am sure DJ can get you there!

You have a nice base to start off, your lats are looking good, and your legs look good.

If I were you, I would:

1) Train calves more to get them more proportionate with your quads.
2) Work on your arms more. Focus on a strict form to tear your muscle fibres rather than worrying about how much you can curl/extend (for Tris).
3) Work on your shoulders by doing more compound movements to add mass.

Just my opinion, not saying it's right, just what I would personally work on. Good luck buddy.

What the hell!!! Have all of you lost damn respect, JR knows much more than most of you, his criticism was not offensive to me at all but pretty damn straight.
Have some damn respect!

To stay on topic, your arms are seriously lagging as well as shoulders, more compound movements, less machines.
Cardio at least 3*a week.

let me be precise all those with any cocky disrespectful comments,if you been around long enough you would not state respect is earned,if you knew his contributions.
Respect is not earned it should be given until proven otherwise,no point quoting tshirts with zero application available. Hence most kids run around disrespecting adults because of that tshirt logo philosophy

Maybe in the virtual world, but not in real life. Life experience will teach you otherwise.

And i agree 100% with you that KIDS have NO respect for adults. Society have changed in the new age, trust me, i already raised 3 x 18 year olds.
