Why dont you think about adding a oral to this short cycle? Possibly Anavar or Tbol, what ever floats your boat.

Bud, cbr 600 is a beautiful machine. I just don't fit properly on 600's. My wife has the 2010 zx6r, its fantastic, but its just a tad small. ZZR is a touring sports bike, they not made for sprints robot to robot ;)

Oupa is a bit of a bulletjie! Glad to have you on my side bro. ;)

MrF I have some ideas for you but I think it is vitally important to first ask you what you ultimate goal is? Also the CBR600 is a thing of beauty and I don't know anyone that is unhappy with theirs.

Just to get back to where I was before the incident, nothing major. I like the idea of a short little prop cycle with some tbol.

Then early next year do a proper 12 or 14 week cycle

92kgs at 6-8% BF and 1.76m tall you should be a solid C or D. So the way I see it you have about 12ksg of muscle to add and you have to lose about 8kgs of fat. So what I would do is a simple fat burner Clen + Yoh for 10 weeks, hit that cardio hard and diet like your life depends on it. Then I would go balls to the wall with a 12 week Test-En @600mg/week NPP @150mg EOD cycle. You should be very close to your goal after that if you are 174% dedicated.

@ chapel: if I can get past the embarrassment I can do that.

@ pyro: yeah but baby steps for now. Just want to be where I was 6 to 8 months ago. Then next year re-evaluate

Its not about that, the constructive criticism is helpful, if you are uncomfortable with it, lose a few kgs, get to your before cycle BF% then post. I found that when I posted photos it worked as a great incentive to get me working hard.

ok so i thought i would break the ice and post some pics so long. mainly so i dont cower away from uploading pics before and after my cycle.
Gave my word that i would.

the pics are just some randoms i found on my phone, was tough finding ones where you couldnt see any tattoos. i admit the pics are quite shitty, really was the best i could find, but ill post up some proper ones with a few poses before my cycle

first 3 are pre cycle.

the following 3 were taken during cycle, around week 10-12 of my 14 week cycle (still had quite high BF at that stage, so absolutely no definition, but you can definitely see an increase in lean mass)

im still miles away from my goals so please take it easy on me ;)
