all the excercises are heavy with controlled form.
6 sets leg ext 20 20 15 15 12 12(the last set is more of a dream than reality haha usually get like 8 and drop down for another 8 ) start of on 60kg/70/80/90/100/100 slow and controlled
6 sets hacks 2sets for feel and then 4 working sets.heavy 15/15/15/15/last 2 sets are horrible and i just go for the max i can do
4 sets legpress heavy
4 sets seated leg curl
4 sets stiffies(dumbbells)
then to cap it off walking lunges with dumbells +-10 steps each 20kg/24/26/30
i noticed when i switched from squats to hacks i was useless.but that changed pretty quickly

my routine is similar, just the squats instead of hacks.
dont really do lunges, maybe a set or 2 here and there.
going to give your routine a try and see how it helps with the outer quad development.

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.
