Week 11: 12 Aug - 18 Aug

Current Weight: 116.7 Kg (Seems to be where I'm going to end up with this cycle)

Body Fat %: 14%

Strength: Not measured, took it a little easier as was still not 100% recovered from flu.

Sides: Last test shot was last week Monday, I can feel the sex drive taking a little dip already. Also got my first pimple so far during the cycle (Is a small one though) but I never suffered with bad skin not even through puberty.

Training: Was a disaster, only managed to get to get in 3 sessions.

Notes: This week was a bit of a disaster, I passed my flu on to my two kids and wife as well as only leaving the office some nights at 20:00. So my focus was not 100% on my cycle as it should, as Oupa would say " Life Happens" :P . Not great considering I'm in the last stretch of my cycle. I tried as much as possible to keep my diet in check though. Still on Winstrol until beginning of next week and then PCT begins.

Enjoy gents!

Well Gentlemen my cycle has come to an end.

My Results:

Weight:
Starting Weight: 109Kg
End Weight: 116Kg

Boday Fat:
Starting: 16.04%
End: 14.20%

Lean Boday Mass:
Starting: 91.5Kg
End: 99.5Kg

***Very happy with the results here, I managed to to gain 8Kg in lean body mass and managed to cut down my Body Fat % at the same time.

Strenght:

Incline Dumbell Press:
Start: 55Kg x 8 Reps
Best: 65Kg x 6 Rep

Leg Press:
Start: 420Kg x 8 Reps
Best: 460Kg x 10 Reps

Pearcher Dumbell Curls:
Start: 18Kg x 10 Reps
Best: 20Kg x 12 Reps (But now superser with 16Kg x 10 Reps Peacher hammer curls)

Lat Pulldown:
Start: 97.5Kg x 8 Reps
Best: 120Kg x 8 Reps

***Saw nice strength gains, between 10% & 25% on different muscle groups

Training: I alternated with progressive overloaded for two weeks, and High Intensity for the third.
I mixed up exercises as much as possible to try keep my body guessing. Cardio was done 3 times per week for at least 15min post weight workout (Stationary Bike, Treadmill or Orbitreck).

Diet: I ran between maintenance calories and 500+ depending on how I looked in the mirror and how I was feeling. I tried to keep to 50% Protein, 30% Carbs , 20% Fats ratio.

Summary
Was great and enjoyed my first cycle. Life will happen and thats when it gets hard. Always have realistic goals, train as hard as possible, eat as clean as possible and the results will come. When life gets to rough, always have backup meals frozen and ready to go and remember if you can only manage 3 sessions in this time...its still better than none!

Will give an update at the end of post cycle to let you all know what of the gains I managed to keep.

And lastly thank you to all the gents on the on the site for all the support(Admin & Mods you have good thing going here), without all your help and motivation...I don't feel I would have seen have the results I did.

Thanks Guys.

Sorry uncle Fillet, my wife asked (told) me no pics. She recons maybe one day my kids will recognise me even with my face blanked out.

You know how it goes: happy wife = happy life.
Otherwise you end up like poor Alexron.

Afternoon Gents,

As of this morning my weight has dropped to a measly 112.5Kg even with keeping Calories at 500+ maintenance.
Have stopped the Clen and Yohimbine as of last week Friday. Will run it later on so it doesn't cost me more of my gains. That being said I am looking nice and lean.

Done with the clomid, not sure if it was the clomid but I caught a bout of runs and managed to lose 2kg
in two days

Now I'm on the Kessar (Only 4 days in though).
Emotions still in check at the moment.

Strengh is also dropped about half of what I gained while on cycle. This was to be expected though.

Keep on fighting the good fight lads!

P.s MA, I'm still hobbling around now on day 6 after the calf workout you posted! If we ever meet, not sure if I would slap or hug you...because the stiffness is horrific but you might have answered my prayers to finally being able to build a pair of calves!

Hi All,

Just a quick update.

Post Cycle is going better, struggled for a week or two...was just not lis for gym or anything else.
Weight ranging from 113Kg - 111Kg.

Kicked myself in ass to get going in the following manner and am feeling much better.

1) Changed Gym programs - Jay Cutler Living large
Did this as I found it easier when I wasn't that keen for gym to have a set program where you follow exercise
and need to fill the weights and sets in. Forces you to still train hard

2) Bought Tribulous
Maybe just a placebo effect, but I feel a lot better

Right Gents have a good holiday tomorrow!

This is such a good right up I’ve printed and bind it into a book form; I am going to follow it 100% and let’s see how close I can get to your results.

@Mods can we make this the standard on how to post you cycle updates, I’ve learned so much on this site!!

Thanks for asking MA.

I won't lie - PCT was a bitch. I struggled with strength, "moet", as well as sex drive.
I've managed to keep some of the gains though currently still @ 113Kg.

This is the first week Ive honestly felt back to my old self regarding Training and Sex Drive.
I think all is returning to normal now.

Currently taking a lot of supps.
Pre-workout, Whey, Test Boosters, BCAA's, Post Cycle Vitargo, and Gaba.
Also back on Clen & Yohimbine not to mention normal vits etc.

Still hitting the gym 4 days a week...
still eating right @ maintenance now though.

Gonna keep pushing, get it the best shape I can.
So come Feb...round two begins.
