It's in your mind. Don't up your dosage unless you need to. I like your second post more. ;)

Heritage wrote: Sorry when I read my post...it looks like I'm lazy to do research.

Let me rephrase:

After reading the following:

www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/articles/drug...ogens/38-anastrozole

I would feel more comfortable uping the adex to 0.5mg EOD.

Does anyone have a reason that this could hinder my cycle?

Stay at your current dosage, its a rather normal side effect you get a few days after your first HCG shot. Gyno does not develop over night and actually takes a while. The itchiness should be gone is a day or so...

Keep us updated and ask if you need help or info.

Morning Guys,

Oupa & Pyro, thank you for the advice.

My nips are already feeling better this morning - I did however pop 0.5mg Adex last night after gym before I saw your posts.

Will stick to 0.5mg E3D and not up the dosage yet then.

Thanks both of you for putting my mind at ease!

Week 4: 22 June - 29 June

Current Weight: 114.7Kg

Strength (definitely Up) - Last working set of Exercise
Incline Dumbell Press: 60Kg x 9 Reps (Personal Best)
Seated Preacher Dumbell Curls: 20Kg x 10 Reps (Superseted with Preacher Hammercurls 16Kg)
Leg Press: 440Kg x 6Reps (Personal Best)
Lat Pulldown: 105Kg (Personal Best)

Sides: Was a bit of a roller coaster this week with the start of the HGC. Was worried about my nips after the first HGC went in, they were definitely more sensitive than usual...as always Mods (Oupa & Pyro) were correct and it disappeared by Wednesday. Still taking Adex at 0.5mg E3D. Had my 3rD HCG injection on Sat, have not had any problems again to date. My moods are up and done to say the least, but I'm making a conscious effort to not be grumpy. Had a couple headaches last week (Twice). Other than that all is peachy!

Conclusion: Rough week, but the results are starting to come along nicely which makes it all worth while. My body seemed to not like the HGC, but it seems to have gotten used to it...so feeling motivated for the week ahead. Doing chest tonight and hoping for a 65 Kg Dumbell press followed by 140Kg Bench.

Good week to all!

Keep up the hard work meneer. Stay focused and believe in the goals you have set for yourself.

You are already a huge oke, pushing more weight then I could ever do. Despite a crappy week, know that you are going to a ripped monster once this cycle is done. Respect bru.

Nate

Today I will do what I never thought possible!

65Kg dumbbell press never got attempted :(
Only managed 5 reps on 60Kg last night (I think it was due to a monster shoulder & back workout on Monday). 140Kg Bench was a breeze though!

Carry on then, good work... My lifts have also increased substantialy but just be careful with the increased strength, since my cycle which is about 10 days i have gone from 135kg - 145kg and last was 150kg on the bench but do it slowly and listen to your body, one injury and game over.

I see you are also a tall b@stard, only 3cm difference in height.

Shot for the update. Is your BF coming down?

Well done!! Bru you'd scare the oaks at my gym with that weight!   Nothing wrong with that! Don't go too heavy to fast bru! You still gonna grow like a weed, I recon! You don't wanna hurt yourself and then be out of action!

Nice log bru! Keep that BEAST mode ON!!

@ Fillet, Thank you and congrats that's monster strength increase. Mine hasn't been that crazy...but my compounds are not in the same league as yours. Only on test prop and t-bols, currently day 33. I was doing dumbbell press 55Kg when I started. So I've basically added an extra working set including the 60's..only about a 8% strength increase + an extra working set. 140Kg Bench I've only increased from about 4 Rep max to a 10 Rep Max. Which means its time to go heavier on the bench.

Yeah - tall and big same as you!

As for the bodyfat, I reckon Im still in between 13 - 15%, haven't had it checked yet during the cycle. Will try make a plan to get it done as soon as I have a gap.

@ Ron, Thanks Bud...my weights don't even get given a glance, plenty strong men training at my VA.
Maybe one day when I hit the max 70kg Dumbbells I'll get some interest :)
I push hard but am always careful, did my back in good and proper 10 years ago...so always train safe!

Yeah, bru I'm on cycle as well as you know. I'm 168cm and around 78kg's now, so a lot smaller then you two M.F***er monsters. My max Dumbell at this stage is 70kg's. And by that I mean 1x35kg dumbbell in each arm. Max rep at that weight is 8 - 10. But bru, my max bench press is like 90kg's!!! [and 90kg's including the barbell] It's always been very frustrating for me! I have always preferred dumbbell press to bench press! And always been a lot better at Dumbell press. But bru, if you have any tips how to get that bench up, I'd appreciate that! You seem like you on point with the training side of stuff!

Oh, and my training bud will always spot me on this. I'd never be able to get those 35kg babies up on my own with my small frame! No way! :woohoo:  all good to go once they are up. ;)

Ron do a Google for C Lutz YouTube channel. He just posted 2 of the best benchpress technique and tips videos for powerlifting. He's a world record holder and benches a crazy 193Kg at 81Kg bodyweight. Of course strict bodybuilding technique is going to be different but he explains the biomechanics of the benchpress brilliantly.

Week 5: 30 June - 05 July

Current Weight: 115.3Kg

Strength (No change - slightly lower on chest) - Last working set of Exercise
Incline Dumbell Press: 60Kg x 4 Reps
Seated Preacher Dumbell Curls: 20Kg x 10 Reps (Superseted with Preacher Hammercurls 16Kg)
Leg Press: 440Kg x 6Reps
Lat Pulldown: 105Kg x 10 Reps

Sides: Not to much at the moment. All going well, made a special effort to control my mood. Worked well!

Side Note: Have done five 5 weeks pushing at max weights. Will therefore change it up this week to give my body a bit of change. Will train doing lower weights(1/2 of max weights) with higher reps (Sets of 30, 25, 20 with minimal rest in between (30 Sec's between sets and 1min between exercises). Will attach the 65Kg chest press in week 7 again!

Playing with the idea of taking Clen when I start the bridge and during post cycle - will see how I feel closer to the time.

Have a good week gents!

Whoops... also forgot to mention that the 5 weeks T-Bol has come to an end.

It's just me and the Test Prop for now until Winnies come to the party for the bridge!

Thanks Oupa, but Tren scares the s**t out of me. I unfortunately don't think I'm ready for that yet.

I've got prop alone from week 6 - 9 @ 450mg p/week.
then week 10 & 11 Prop @ 450mg p/week and Winnies @ 40mg p/day
week 12 & 13 Winnies alone @ 40mg p/day

Happy to add something but want to stay away from 19 nors.

Any suggestions?

It is my first proper cycle.

Have only done 2 oral cycles before.

1) Var only (haha)
2) Var & Winnies (Pre Anabolic Steroids SA Website research)

So in my cycle history I only have two very poorly planned cycles under the belt.

Then finish this cycle off as planned bud. Its a solid cycle.

Heritage, I really like your outlook on AS's. You will go far with an attitude like yours! Respect to you bru!

I'd personally add the Clen and Yohimbine to this cycle. It was such a huge motivation for me, after my last cycle. If I can remember correctly, I started it towards the end of my PCT.

I'm including it in my current cycle for sure! ;)
