You can drink the liquid, better than than pinning it! Stanozolol depot is notorious for causing Abcess's.

Depends on what dose you want? If you can, try get LP oral winstrol, if not drink the liquid. Max dose at 50mg ED. 30-50 ideal depending on personal needs.

Proviron 20 : 1-20 : 40mg ED Split : x 6
Oral Winstrol 10 : 1-5 : 20mg ED Split : (Oral winny: 10mg - 50 caps)
Oral Winstrol 10 : 15-20 : 20mg ED Split : x 3
HCG : 4-20 : 500iu pw EOD : x 2

PCT

Clomid : 20-22 : 50mg ED : x 1
Nolvadex : 22-26 : 20mg ED : x 1

Yes, not high enough IMO. Go for 40mg a day split 20/20

Test e has a half life of 8 to 10 days. No need to pin EOD.

Twice a week should be sufficient

The idea of the cycle is basic and will do you well.
Test-En pin twice a week. EOD pins for 16 weeks you will feel like you came back from WW2!
Winstrol 40mg ED. Any reason you want to kick start with Winstrol compared to Dbol or Tbol?
I.m.o Proviron is a waste of money if you don't use it with a DHT, so only use Proviron when you use Winstrol or Anavar.

Add: AI on hand in case of estrogen gyno.

If you're going to kick start with the Winny, Proviron will help a lot with Libido. It's nice to have throughout your cycle but not a necessity. Personally, I like the stuff

This was a cycle suggested by Oupa for another individual. Just tried to personalise it for my need.

Using proviron because of the winny (Low libido stuff). So the suggestion was as I've put it now. With Test - E to a virgin muscle will be tricky. What would you suggest pyro?

If you do 4 weeks (28 days) it's 112 pills.

That done twice (kick start and Bridge) totals 224 pills.

So 5 x 50 Would be sufficient.

What exactly do you want to achieve with the cycle? What are your dream stats? This is your first cycle yeah?

Yea first cycle. My plan was @ 12% bf do the cycle to really lean out and get the dry physique. Then consider bulking up. Dream starts:
Single digit bf% then maybe compete.

I once got to 11% bf but my lower abdominal still had extra fat. And abs not showing. Maybe lost more muscle than fat.

How tight is your budget?

Honestly it is tight. Very tight. To a point where my wife will kill me.

I would leave the Proviron completely and do it like this:
Week 1-12: Test Cyp 2ml per week
Week 1-5: Winstrol @40mg ED
Week 12-PCT: Winstrol @40mg ED
Week 5-PCT: HCG @250iu twice a week

Letrozole on hand in case of gyno
Cruciale 6 tabs ED starting two weeks before cycle and run until end of PCT.

If money is tight then competing will be very difficult.
