I think I might have a great solution for u before you make the decision to go onto keto or banting while on cycle

Have a look at my thread and see what amazing kick ass bridge pyro has come with , I am 100% sure this bridge will help you with the results you are seeking

I would suggest trying to add as much mass as possible with your equi cycle and then lean out with your bridge

Thanks bro. Definitely looking into this! Shot.
I just find I have not really been adding bulk on the equi cycle. 3 months in and I have only picked up 3kg. But there is the possibility that Iam losing fat and picking up lean muscle gains, which just balances it off.

The big thing for me has been cutting out the bad carbs and the sugar, especially from the fizzy drinks.
Due to cutting out sugar, it is a possibility my body has now resorted to using the stored fat for energy.
But I have still been loading on complex carbs like sweet potato and brown rice, etc. Just trying to find a balance as my body adapts to the changes!

Diet update:
I decided to not over analyze my diet and keep it simple.
Eat more clean food and cut out as much sugar as possible. End of story.

I will look into Keto and Banting options once I am off cycle.

I am a coca cola addict I'm afraid. Always have been. And its more then the coke itself, it is clearly the high sugar content.
Coke zero or tab just tastes kak to me. Probably because they lack in the quantity of my addiction - sugar!

Good lean muscle increases but 3 months in I have only gained 2kg. I felt 2 months in that that was an issue, but I can definitely see changes. I think the main advantage of the equi is that it helps me gym through any pain hey.

Hi guys,

Quick question: Does proviron act a bit like a diuretic after a while?

As you know I have been taking two proviron daily (one in the morning and one in the afternoon) for my entire cycle and just feel like I have been pissing more and more.
Originally I thought it was a prostate issue but I have noticed that I head straight to the pisser a few times about an hour after taking the proviron.

I wouldn't say so. I use scheduled diuretics and piss min brew and that's with four liters water daily. Perhaps you just have a weak bladder or should get prostate checked dude... No need to panic though

Hi guys,

Okay well first complication. I went for the obligatory prostate check up and it is a bit enlarged.
Not horribly but enough to be concerned according to the doctor.

They want me to come in again in a month before they might consider scraping. At least now I know what is causing the old man pissing routine.

I was honest about my cycle, and although not very happy with me, there is not much she can do to change my mind at this point anyway.

The doc doesn't seem to think it is a weak bladder, but rather the enlarged prostate squeezing against the bladder, causing it to hold less urine.

Anyway we monitor it and see how it goes.

500mg alpha pharm test enanthate and 500mg alpha pharm equi per week. 250mg of each on Monday and Thursday.
