A little advice needed.
My equi cycle comes to an end at the beginning of August, and as you know I am planning a test prop / anavar bridge.
The plan was to pin 150mg of test prop every second day for the 40 day bridge.
I already have my stock of Alpha Pharm test prop, but notice the ampoules are 100mg each. Will it be excessive to pin 200mg of test prop every two days instead? Im not keen on drawing half an ampoule each time and storing the other half for two days the whole time.
Thanks guys,
Nate

Just use a big syringe so you don't turn the Equi stopper into swiss cheese

Maybe hit up the pharmacy for a vial of Vit B.
Dump the Vit B and use the vial?
Else store the leftover in a syringe

Two ampoules per pin just makes sense time wise to me. Just wanted to know whether 200mg test EOD is excessive for my size.
Last time I used a different brand, but have been very happy with Alpha Pharm. Plus I already bought 4 boxes lol

I haven't really suffered any bloating this cycle and my weight not that up, so was figuring a few extra mg of prop may help things along a bit.

Due to start with the anavar in two weeks - do you think it is wise considering no increase in weight or size?
Or maybe I just need to eat more?
Very motivated in the gym but a bit bummed about lack of size. Any advice boys?

What does your diet look like? What's your macro split and Cals? And have you been strict with it?

I don't work out macros or cals at this point - just eating very clean and being strict about it after giving up sugar almost entirely.
My daily diet on average looks something like this:
6am - litre of water on waking up
7.30am - some oats with honey, along with 3 whole eggs and 3 egg whites
10am - A shake which includes optimum nutrition whey, two bananas, two eggs and some honey with milk
1pm - two cans of tuna, a salad, or fish with pre-prepared sweet potato
3.30pm - nuts or biltong or cold meat with some cheese
6pm - gym
8pm - chicken or fillet or lean mince with vegetables and or brown rice or sweet potato
10 or 10.30pm - another shake before bed
And I really struggle with this amount as it is. Any comments?
Nate

Move the shake at 10 to first thing when you wake up in its place at 10 you can put in a small meal there. Red kidney beans are a good source of protein and carbs a cup or two or even some wholewheat peanut butter samies in there.
I would also keep the biltong and nuts to snack on and put a meal in there before gym 2min noodles tuna and mayo is good not heavy so good for before training
Stick that shake unless its casein in after gym and add cottage cheese before bed
Bud even if you can just add one extra meal in at first for awhile once your stomach gets used to that then another and gradually eat more.
I cant find the mag now but when I do will post some of the meal suggestions it had some good stuff in there. I think its time for some tren next cycle for you.

I'm also no diet expert but what I can say is if you eat first thing when you wake up and eat every 2 hours after that you have 9 meals during the day to get all your calories in....
make sure that you count your calories and you get your macros in with every meal...it's damn hard work but it's worth it in the end...
hope maybe this helps...
if everything in the world made sense, life would be senseless.

That is good advice. But I don't have enough time to count calories. One step too far for me.

Doesn't have to be. You know what you are eating now and you've measured results. So add in quality nutrition and outcome should be weight gain. Don't stress too much about macros, steroids work by making work of more protein more effectively. So unless your workouts are suffering, simple next step is to add in more protein.Nate40 wrote: Thanks G-man.

Don't agree with everything said by lobo (tuna mayo noodles for a pre wtf lol). Change proteins to denser sources or just eat more. If you can't be bothered to chew, make shakes. Drinking calories is one of the major contributing factors to first world obesity - use that strategy. Not hungry, eat tastier food! You're more prone to overeat on food you like than feeling you have to force something down. That biltong while expensive, is dense, tasty and very bio-available. If you can tolerate fat, look at tinned fatty fish like sardines. Cheap and dense.
Keep it up and keep us updated bro!
