Fillet my very good dude I can't help but feel that you maybe made this decision too quickly.. I know at this age we feel like we will never stop training and the lifestyle is permanent but time has a funny way of changing things you never thought would change. Take for example the day somebody gets married they would never have thought that in twenty years time they would get a divorce but it happens and the oak sits with her name tattooed on his ass forever. In my opinion people are far too casual about choosing TRT but that's just my dumb opinion.

If this sounds ignorant my apologies but it not somthing I've ever seriously looked into. What are the dangers of going on TRT full time in your thirties if you were doing bloods regularly.

Mainly heart issues?
And if you did it with the help of an Endo or urologist?

Go big or go home...

Yes heart. Even with regular blood tests you cannot prevent the side effects.

Copy / paste. And this is just the beginning..

What are the complications of polycythemia?

Potential complications of polycythemia vera is increased levels of circulating red blood cells, which increases the thickness or viscosity of the blood. This can be associated with higher risk of thrombus or clot formation leading to strokes, heart attacks, pulmonary embolism, and possibly death.

Another complication of polycythemia vera is the potential transformation into a blood cancer (leukemia), excessive bleeding (hemorrhage), or clotting problems.

Because of high turnover of blood cells in polycythemia, the excretion of the byproducts of red blood cell degradation may over burden the kidneys and result in kidney dysfunction, kidney stones, and gout.

Finally, there is the potential for myelofibrosis (spent marrow), in which the blood-forming marrow elements are eventually taken over by scar tissue resulting in anemia from marrow failure.

Complications of secondary polycythemia are typically related to those of the underlying disease. For example, chronic hypoxia from severe lung disease may be complicated by right sided heart failure and pulmonary hypertension. Chronic heart failure can lead to generalized swelling or edema (anasarca), low blood pressure, kidney dysfunction, and poor functional status.

In neonatal (infant) polycythemia, increased blood thickness or viscosity can affect several organs due to poor blood flow. As a result, kidney dysfunction, intestinal problems, increased blood pressure in the lungs, and hypoxia may ensue.

As for the selfies its just to give you guys an idea, haven't been to bothered about taking pics. Gets tedious. I have more or less a bouncers build at the moment. Large with flat tummy and visible abs. Good v shape.

Well currently I am running 250mg per week of test and growth, after a few weeks I will drop that to 150mg test and I haven't decided the rest. Not prepared to lose my hard earned gains so I will come up with something and let you know. Had a lot of other things on my mind so I am just idling. Still lifting heavy and religiously.
