Ye as long as you vary your protein/carb and fat sorces and add veg to your solid meals it'll be 100's.
Every second meal of mine is 200ml pasteurized egg whites, 20g of whey for flavor/oats and either macnut oil or a table spoon of coconut oil in a cup of green tea.

You can down it in seconds

I only use PGW bromance from a trusted source, its always proved itself or I wouldn't be 22kg heavier and leaner then before starting juice.

Haha a bromance k cool pgw for oils then I'm in two minds whether I should kick off with a bang and go with anaps or take the conservative approach with t bol. What's your experience with anaps does it pack on muscle or more water I hear some guys feel kak on them? If I went with anaps would you say british dispensary instead of lp?

Oh, just a reminder folks, only been on tren for five to six weeks so it will really kick ass soon. Can't deny I am fairly large as everytime we at high flyers, barnyard, hooters etc people always ask if I am the bouncer because they have some issue. Becomes so tedious I just look at them and walk away. I don't see it but then again I see myself daily. My wife says people turn around and stare at me.

When the tren kicks in they are not only going to stare and think you the bouncer - they going to ask if you own the club!
