This quote comes to mind.

The greastest fear in the world is of the opinions of others, but the moment you up the Tren and are unafraid of the crowd, then you are no longer a sheep, YOU BECOME A LION, a great roar arises in your heart, the roar of freedom, the roar of tren"- Ronnie Coleman

Thanks Lobes, I am just going to manage it as much as possible. My wife and I got into a little argument yesterday to which my anger levels shot to an amazing height.
She mentioned one thing and I listened to her to go look in the mirror and check the death stare in my eyes, ye that shit was insane. I looked like a lunatic in so leaving the room to go a relax elsewhere. The stare in my eyes even frightened me BUT I am mentally strong enough to pull through this.

Anger has dropped completely, enjoying tren and will be increasing to 450 now. Test can remain at 600. Strength is amazing. Tren is not so bad, so far my personal favourite.

Just a few more things to mention, head hair, nails and beard growing at a stupid rate, shaving my face twice daily or I have a beard shadow. Sounds like test but seems like tren????

A little help fellows pls, can't discuss diet as I paid for it. Here's the problem, food makes me feel sick and I am struggling to force feed. This is a first for me. Short around three meals daily. Body also tells as I am getting ripped and not big like I want. I need to be 135kg after this cycle. Any help?

Hey my bro,
I have been battling with food too, and find that when I am not keen I just load more eggs into my shakes. At least when the food makes me gag, I can still get protein in with drinks. That's my 2 cents.
Hope it helps.
Nate

Admin, can we perhaps ask Doc what he thinks about Fills issue?

Can't you add in a mass builder shake if you just can't get the whole meal down and just calculate the macros? Or even add in more Fats like grass fed butter, oils or nut butters?

Go big or go home...

I shared details on my diet that I payed a small fortune to Mike Arnold for in order to get help and have parts of it tweaked. The way I see it is once I've paid for it, it's my diet to do what I feel like with.

Go big or go home...

Surely the best solution is to talk to the dietician that set-up the diet and explain your problems? The diet isn't set in stone, if the dietician is any good he will listen to your problems and cater for your requirements.

For a practical solution, blend solid meals and drink it. Liquid meals will digest faster and then you don't have to worry about chewing and thinking of food.

@ Nate
Oups, I would just feel really bad as its HER bread and butter, but the point is not the diet its the smell and taste of food makes me sick but I still feel hungry
Rhino, you think I will be getting enough protein and not to much essential fats bro?
Furk, I had the same thought, just wondering if it may not come straight back up.

Thanks Gentlemen.

You can break your meal down and make the shake up yourself, if your worried about protein make a shake of whey blended oats and a table spoon of peanut butter.
While I agree that whole meals may be better from a nutrient stand point if your bulking your in surplus so that shouldn't be an issue.
A friend of mine placed top 3 in both the Rossi and wbff so he's not small by any means and in his diet every second meal has always been a mass builder of some kind for convenience. So whole foods are by no means the only way to get huge.

As long as I am getting enough clean nutrients in I am happy. Worth a shot. +1
