Test Prop Winstrol Bridge First Cycle

I'm really starting to feel the strength increase now, with weights that I used to struggle with becoming almost stupidly easy to move. Pumps are also getting very intense, started a leg workout with leg extension and leg curl superset with dropsets on every set. From there I moved to front squats and I could barely bend my legs because the pump physically wouldn't let me.
Comparing progress photos from 2 weeks ago my shoulders and chest have definitely gotten bigger.
So far I'm loving the cycle, injections are becoming less nerve wracking but the quad injections are still fairly painful.
In terms of side effects I've noticed I get hot flashes now and again. Also skin has become slightly more oily but haven't broken out or anything luckily.
I'm gaining very little weight still, is this normal at all?

Make sure you are eating enough though!! 3KG in 2 weeks isn't bad IMO.
I also noticed my pumps got really intense, my shoulders blew up when I started cycling which was amazing! I also got oily skin and only started getting pimples towards the end of my cycle. I never got any hot flashes though.
For some Abs are made with lighting & angles... For others they are made in the kitchen.

Lifts this week included 180kg squat for 5 reps 4 sets. Got 220kg deadlift for 5 and a 160kg bench for 4 reps. Really starting to feel it kicking in which is great!
Going for a check up at the doc tomorrow to have a look at blood pressure and such so will keep you guys updated on that.

Strength is really surprising me still, hit 220kg for 3 on squats on Monday and benched 160kg for 3 today. So already surpassed my strength goals for this cycle.
Had some intense lower back pain last week after front squats so went to the biokineticist and he told me to stop deadlifting and squatting for a few weeks because my muscles are so tight. Gonna back off on those for a few weeks which is kinda sad.
Does anyone have any recommendations for leg workouts without exercises that put stress on your lower back?
Another problem has been that my muscle fascia isn't growing at the same rate as my muscles so the muscles are fighting for space in the fascia when I move which feels pretty uncomfortable.
Other than that the cycle is going great.

I'm a bit of a form nazi to be honest. If I can't do the weight with perfect form then I don't do it at all.

I used this with a few slight changes (like adding deadlifts for one) and it worked really well!!

Weighed in at 93kg at the biokineticist. Had my bodyfat tested while I was there and was very surprised when it came back as 10.8% really expected to be a lot higher than that. Guessing the caliper test is pretty accurate so I can only guess that my initial bodyfat percentage was over estimated.
Strength keeps climbing but I read somewhere that AAS increase what you train for so if you train for strength you gain strength so I'm going to try training more for hypertrophy.
Side effects are still very minimal. This week I accidentally skipped my Anastrazole dosage once or twice which caused a small breakout on my back but nothing major, all cleared up.
Another thing I've noticed is that I cramp up a lot quicker after training which can make things like washing my hair pretty impossible when my bicep and forearm keep cramping when I bend my arm
Excited for next week when I get to add in the Winstrol. Will post some progress photos tomorrow.

Progress photos as promised. Left pic is from before my first pin and right is at the 5 week mark.
Will stop by Dischem and pick up some of those sachets, need to get some more needles anyways.
Let me know what you guys think if my progress and if there's anything I need to work on.

Your quads are starting to run away from your calves. Keep an eye on them.
