Normally on Keto your joints are in the best shape of their life due to the high amount of fatty acids. Keto also heals joints like magic! If you are struggling with joints while on Keto I would see it as a warning sign.

Sorry for the late reply.
Thanks for the reply. I must day i feel good at the moment.
I am now done with 11 weeks. Still 5 weeks of eq and 6 weeks of cyp.
Then i will start with my bridge.
With my bridge i will be using anavar for 50days.
I want to ask if I must use 40mg or 60 mg.
Currently i am on 90kg.

Update
12 weeks in and happy so far.

Changed my diet from last weet. I am going try upping the carbs with oats and some wholewheat pasta and patato etc.

Was happy with the keto but just want to play with it a bit.

I am currently on 90kg.

Reverse diet out of Keto slowly though. Introducing carbs straight after keto can lead to bad rebound. Water retention and body fat shoots up as your body wants to store what is was deprived off. Don't increase calories to quickly also slow weekly increases

Ok guys planning my bridge.
I am going with 60mg Anavar for 50days
Should I add proviron and if so what dose?

Another thing should i continue with aromasin in my bridge and continue with it till I finish my PCT.

It will be 50 days bridge and pct

My pct will be:
14 days clomid 50mg followed with 27 days Nolvadex 20 and aromasin 20

Run your aromasin up to pct. I would use proviron with the anavar yes.

Just an update
Last night was my last shot of EQ. Started with my bridge anavar 60mg today for 50 days until my start of my pct.
I will still do two shots of my cyp next week.

My stats
177
90kg
Body fat 7%

Really happy with my cycle.

What kind of wash did you use for your acne?

I got a few pimples here and there on cycle, but nothing major, ironically now, after being off for almost 2 months, I got some acne on my shoulders. I'm assuming it's due to my body trying stabilize the hormone levels etc. but I would like to try to mitigate it from getting any worse.

Sunlight liq 3 times a day worked for me.
It becomes very dry and itchy but works

I want to ask. I am in bridge now. 60mg anavar but things are not going well.

I am down. Dont want to train. Dont want to eat healthy. Dont want to work.
I am tired all the time.

Cycle went well but at the moment i dont know what to do

From what I can see your last shot of test was 2 weeks ago and it was 500mg yes?

The last shot was 5 weeks ago.
I feel much better this week.
Yes it was 500mg test cyp
