No direct sources of carbs on Keto. That's like the first rule. Doesn't matter if it's a small amount. The carbs are only allowed to come in trace amounts found in your other foods. Another facet that is overlooked about the carbs is the spread. For example, if you ingest the total 50g carbs one shot, you're screwed. Divide it up as equal as possible.
