Ek sal nie wil sny op juice nie my maat, maar dis moontlik.
Doen meer cardio 45min plus minus, hoë intensiteit, minimum 3 keer n week.
Weights - moet NIE light weight gan nie. Hou jy weights vanpas tot jou krag.
Maak seker jy kry genoeg Protiene in, hou jou carbs laag 50g en klap eenkeer n week carbo load = 450g. Groen groente en eet meer vleis as protein shakes.

Jy kan jou Dieët post lat die ouens kan kyk...

Beste wat werk vir my bors is Flies en incline bench, stadige beweging, volle fleksie en ekstensie.

ek is op die oomblik op n keto diet , van 75 % goeie vet , 20 % prot en dan 5% carb.
my carb is meestal bruin rys na oefening 30g.

148 g vet
93 g prot
33 g carb

ek wil net seker maak op die carbs up dag wat ek een keer 'n week moet doen.
tot hoeveel gram carbs moet ek op gaan as ek so by 30g 'n dag is.
weet ek moet op my daaglikse calories bly en net vet minder maak daai dag.
is dit reg as ek dalk my carbs van 30g na 100g toe vat of moet ek dit meer maak?

Wat is jou goal body fat drop of hoe en how very reker jy het jy om te gaan?

My persoonlike opinie is dat n person no 10% body fat nie moet carb up of cheat nie dit het my op my cut lelik very terug gesit en toe was ek op Ephedeine en Yohimbine.

As jy carb up verlaag jou vet ja up jou carbs dan maar maak seker jy gaan nie oor jou Maintenance calories gaan nie

No direct sources of carbs on Keto. That's like the first rule. Doesn't matter if it's a small amount. The carbs are only allowed to come in trace amounts found in your other foods. Another facet that is overlooked about the carbs is the spread. For example, if you ingest the total 50g carbs one shot, you're screwed. Divide it up as equal as possible. Nuts and avos can be high risk in this regard.

Only exception to this is on Targeted Ketogenic Diet. There you take in a small amount of direct carbs post workout as to partition the macros thus keeping you in keto. That said, to do TKD without spilling over and breaking ketosis you need to be keto-adapted for a good while before.

Di's effens meer ingewikkeld as dit. Waneer die tyd kom wat jy reg is, gee jou meetings en dan sal ek presies uit werk. Macros, timing etc.

ok dink miskien ek sal dan bly net op die 30 g carbs 'n dag.

ek op die oomblik op 11 % en my goal vir nou is om die maag baie gesny te kry om die blokkies mooi te laat uitstaan.

my carbs split ek deur die dag darm en dan wat okal my uitstaande carbs calorie is vir die dag, vat ek in bruin rys na oefening saam isolate protein shake.

ek nogsteeds op n calorie Deficit op die oomblik.

het darm getoets en is op die stadium in ketosis :cheer:

Zaber69, dan is jy goed om te gaan. Ek sal in elk geval nie 'n siklus voorstel waar jy wil te minste recomp, om nie carbs in te kry nie. Basies is jou lyf primed om die post-workout meal te gebruik vir herstel werk, insulin sensitiwiteit is op en nutrition partitioning is optimized. AKA jou PWO gaan direk gaan om jou spiere te help herstel en om jou glycogen vol te maak. Jy hoort in ketosis te bly teen spuit van die koolhidrate, rede om bo genoem.

Op die dae wat jy nie lift nie, hou my streng keto.

Quick add: Jy kan heel kos eet in plaas van die isolate vir PWO. Ek kan verstaan dat jy wil jou PWO skoon protein en carbs hê, maar isolate is 1.P**S duur. Jy kan daai geld maak verder gaan op eier witte, tuna en hoender filette.

Soos altyd, sê nie vir jou wat om te doen nie, probeer net voorstel die mees ekonomiese en sinvolle pad.
