Good day all,

Everyone here have heard all my questions before.

I started gym today for the first time in my life, I'm 103kg and 1.8m tall, have a bit of belly fat. I started off on Test Cyp 250mg 2ml last night, what else can I use with it to loose belly fat, build my chest and arms and my stomach?

Anyway

Recommendation

You can add proviron @ 40mg ED until 2 days before PCT. Also possible option is Turinabol @ 40mg ED( first 6weeks ).

Dont add Dianabol due to your bodyfat %. Test can be used very successfully as a potent fat burner in the correct training program and diet. I know cause i do it.

And keep your first cycle basic. Test/Pro/TB is enough.

It concerns me that you're running a cycle and state that you've started gym today for the first time. You should now the answers to your questions if you're already on the bike.

In any case losing fat will depend on your diet. The test will definately help in cutting you up but in the end it will all come down to your diet. Head over to the dieting section and read DJs posts about dieting. Work out your daily calorie needs and edit it from there. You can hit the gym as hard as you want and even pin yourself, but if you aint eating right it's all for nothing.

Eish Stef my bru, not sure how old you are, but to be honest I would stop your cycle right now. If you are training for the first time, you should get great results as a natty by just following a good diet and lifting heavy. Rather save the cycle for when you have made some progress, lost the weight and gained some experience. Taking the steroid plunge is a BIG deal and I'm sure you will benefit from some proper research - there is loads of info here and many very experienced guys willing to guide and share their knowledge.

Please provide our mods with your stats we are interested so that they can help you.proper diet and cardio belive me your stomach will get bigger without proper nutrition and training and I hope you have alot of time to read because you will need as much info as possible.Enjoy and welcome

I think it's insane that someone who has never stepped foot in a gym, probable thinks the seated calve machien is for arm curls and with a diet thats probable up to shit thinks jiuce is the answer...
Drop the cycle, gym and eat properly for atleast a year and do some research.

Ek gaan dit probeer eenvoudig stel - Steroids gaan jou fokkol help sonder n ordentlike oefen program en voeding. Dit vat n hele paar jaar om (goed te lyk) en dit moet jy verstaan. Steroids is NIE n 6 maande quickfix nie. Dit vat TYD en KAK harde werk.

Jy is 29 en ook nie meer n kind nie, so doen dinge reg.

Stef, eet reg en oefen reg. 3 maande, en jy het al daai gewig afgegooi en spiere aangesit. Los die gear vir later, gaan jou net nou rondfok en jy gaan nie jou doelwitte behaal nie.

Begin met eerste 3 maande, se jy wil ongeveer 10-15% bodyfat verloor, dan van daar kan jy se dat jy op natuurlike bulking gaan. Dan as jy daarna gear wil vat, dan kan mens weer assess van daai tyd af. Dis nie 'n quickfix nie, as jy resultate wil sien moet jy baie goed beplan en jy moet MOERSE DEURSETTINGSVERMOEE EN WILSKRAG he!

Ek verstaan oupa, dit ia hoekom ek hier is. Wel ek gaan my gat af gym, ek het geen keuse nie, dit is n feit soos n koei, dan is ek hier vir hulp met n eet plan en goed wat ek kan doen om te help, ek is nie van plan om n quickfix te soek nie. Ek is by virgin active en hulle het vir my n oefen program gegee, ek weet nie lekker van die eetplan nie, my bmi is 26% wat hoog is. Ek wil nie uit my klere uit skeer nie.
