So ver staan dinge so:
-Moenie verder steroids gebruik nie.
-Dis nie so groot issue nie een pin gaan jou nie skade doen nie.
-Jy is op die regte plek
-Ons gaan jou briljante advies gee
-Bly kalm
-Daardie dieet gan jou baie vet maak!
-Onthou ek het gese Dieet is 80% en Training 20%? Dit beteken dis belangriker om eers jou dieet reg te kry.
-Gaan lees ons Dieting Stickies in die Diet and Contest Preperation Thread. Binne die opskrif is dit die threads wat in geel is heel bo.
-Ons help baie graag maar ons jou nie met n silwer lepel voer nie. Jy gaan self bietjie moeite moet in sit.
-Meeste van die mense op hierdie site ongeag waar hulle nou is was waar jy was op een of ander tyd. Moenie dit te ernstig op vat nie.

Almal het iewers begin, so ja, die is my eerste stap iewers heen. Ek het eenkeer gepin soos jy se, so ek hoef nie nou enige iets snaaks te eet of drink nie, ek is op geen dieet op die oomblik nie, try weg bly vat suiker af, want ek weet dit maak vet, ek is wel n roker maar ek drink dalk eenkeer n maand n bier of 2, alkhol nie meer my ding nie, dan is ek oor die algemeen nie aktief nie, doen so nou en dan offroad endurance races, maar dit is dit.

Wat ek wil weet is, hoe gaan ek te werk om seker te maak ek eet die regte kos en die regte dinge, sonder om soos n blaas oppertjie te lyk?

I have changed my tune about this....

Training is 110% - your body will make you eat the amount it needs. All you need to know is how much protein and fats you need, get that in and throw in just enough carbs to get you through the next gruelling training session.

You will lose the fat QUICKLY.

Uncle JR as always your opinion is well respected. This particular opinion I.m.o I think applies more to someone as experienced as you. How many people do you know that gyms their asses off but never lose their ass? I'm including myself here. I think I have finally found what my body responds to well and only now am I seeing proper weight loss. Currently I am Gymming half as much as last year because I don't have time for cardio anymore, but seeing MUCH better results.

ALLE mense moet proteine in kry. Mens nodig dit vir vet verlies en vir spier bou. Vir vet verlies is carbs die ding waarvoor mens moet versigtig wees.

Wel almal het my nou kak bang gepraat oor die feit dat ek gepin het ensovoorts dat ek nie enige iets nou wil eet of drink nie, so dit is hoekom ek vra, sodra ek begin verstaan sal dit beter gaan, so ek sal vandag by Dischem omgaan en iets kry wat baie proteine bevat en laag is in carbs aangesien carbs vet maak? Is ek reg of verkeerd?

I think this is the problem - the same as when we talk about muscle failure. People tend to stop way short of what they are supposed to do.

Its winter - count the people who sweat in the weights section. They are few and far between.

If you don't sweat and can stand around for chit chat between sets then its not that 110% I was talking about.

Vir nou eers los die Dischem storie. Kom kry eers n belangrike plan van aksie voor jy jou wallet begin ontblom. Te veel carbs maak vet. Carbs op die verkeerde tyd maak vet. Maar mens nodig carbs en die regte tipe carbs. My chom ek belowe vir jou jy gaan niks oor kom nie! Ons gee net so nou en dan harde liefde sodat ons seker maak jy doen dit nie weer nie. Een shot Test kan jou FOKOL doen nie belowe!

Agree 100% people don't gym correctly and this is their big demise. That being said though gym the way you talk about and eat kak food and you are gonna get nowhere fast! The same goes for eating too little. I am referring especially to those eating under their BMR.

Die een pin van test cyp gaan jou fokkol doen nie. Moenie paranoid raak nie, relax.

Ek was 2 keer dikker as jy, (158KG 1.9m) en het aan almal wat my ken gewys dat reg eet en oefen vir n dikgat wat test gebruik werk. Dit het my 14 maande gevat, but i proved them wrong !

Maar, as jy gaan test gebruik, en kak eet, min oefen , gaan jy 2 keer dikker word as wat jy nou is, en sommer gou gou.
