I have changed my tune about this....
Training is 110% - your body will make you eat the amount it needs. All you need to know is how much protein and fats you need, get that in and throw in just enough carbs to get you through the next gruelling training session.
You will lose the fat QUICKLY.

I think this is the problem - the same as when we talk about muscle failure. People tend to stop way short of what they are supposed to do.
Its winter - count the people who sweat in the weights section. They are few and far between.
If you don't sweat and can stand around for chit chat between sets then its not that 110% I was talking about.
