Shit nie gedink eiers sonder sout en die geel is so kak nie...

Ate 2 eggs without yellow as a PWO and ate 2 more as a Post WO. Going to take 80g of oats now without any milk and butter and sugar.

My maat.

Fokken harde werk. Elke dag 45min in gym, train spiere tot hulle fail. 5 dae per week, naweke rus.

Elke dag 20min geloop op treadmill teen 6km/hr teen 10-12% gradient.

Ek het 100% by my dieet gehou. Glad nie ingegee op cravings ens nie. Dit was bitter erg.

Maar as jy besluit om dit te doen, moet jy deurdruk. Bloedsweet en trane maat, maar die results speak for themselves.

So gaan kyk na goeie 5dag split, post hom hier dat die manne jou program kan krit. Volg jou dieet 100%. Die resultate sal kom

Dude just read your post ...besig om te skei ..as in divorce ? so if I am correct u are not in a good place right now as divorce can be traumatic also u are not a body builder or fitness fanatic but want to get in shape fast ? for the chicks ?
1. Take a step back and relax...there is no quick fix .Deal with the divorce ...if it is to much go seek help if u dont u are going to binge on food or whatever ..amongst other things
2.Get the Actkins new diet revolution book or google keto diet ...remember there are four stages to the diet which is simple and straight forward .
3. Do brisk walking and jogging EOD and weights EAD
4. while u are doing this read up on the diet stickies
5. then when u have lost all the weight and want to procede u can think about steriods with a good diet and training.
As the guys have allready told u stay away from steroids for now
Goodluck and do it for yourself and not to impress others B)

I Definately think gym is going to assist you in this hard time. It's helped me through a tough time in my life! It's the one place where nobody else can influence your results but you. And it doesn't matter how shit things are, you always have this escape route! Gymming also releases endorphins which is the happy hormone. Also very healthy for you. Once you start seeing results it keeps you motivated and gives you a reason to get up in the mornings (which is a big factor whilst in the rough seas). I wish you all the best bud! Chin up! And like Dory says: Just keep swimming. Just keep swimming. Just keep swimming swimming swimming...

Well been in a divorce battle the last 18months and now it is custody battle. Well met the most amazing person about 9 months ago, and she is the one who motivates me with gym and health and my figure and everything good in my life, she accepted both my kids and that is 50 plus points for her
