The burning sensation sounds like you have got DM Type 2 as that is a common symptom of neuropathy from extremely high blood glucose.

The people Ive worked with have had good result from using injectable carnatine and b12 with high dose curcumin to mitigate some of those symptoms.

To be honest you honestly would be a candidate for retatrutide at low dose to improve insulin sensitivity as well as slowing downing gastric emptying which may assist with your iron absorption issues as well as controlling inflammation.

One cannot diagnose DM II based on one symptom. You need to do a OGTT and also look at multiple clinical signs and symptoms. My glucose has never been abnormal with or without anti-diabetics. I have said this multiple times. The reason why I do not have a diagnosis of DM II is because of the normal HbA1C and fasting glucose test I had prior to experiencing symptoms of PCOS. They started me on Glucophage XR only after I got the diagnosis of PCOS. I was trialed on thiamine for the burning feet prior to everything and that failed. The doctor thinks it is erythromyalgia since my hands and feet turn bright red as well, but erythromyalgia is very rare. I do not want to see a rheumatologist though because I know they’ll put me on some corticosteroid.

I mentioned the results of the baking soda test which you failed to comment on.

I currently take one capsule of the Natroceutics Curcumin Fortified which contains 250mg Curcumin. What dose of curcumin do you suggest I take?

Hence the words "sounds like... commin symptom of neuropathy."

Not once did I make definitive conclusion.

Yes I failed to mention anything as it was nothing out the ordinary.

1500mg of curcumin daily.

How did the thiamine fail?

There are so many factors that go into this, nutrition and periodization of training to cardio etc.

The doctor I was seeing at the time wanted to trial thiamine. I took it for 6 months and it did not improve the symptoms. Right now, we don’t know the cause. I take nurika for the symptoms. Helps, 95% of the time.
