I told her i'm putting it up to show the before and after of DJ's Diet. thats all... she trains like like me, heavy and intense. We mix and match her training sometimes we do 1 exercise per bodypart but full body 3 times a week then change it to exactly how we would train 1 bodypart a day... 4-5 days a week training..

Only fat burners, but she has me as her partner so you can imagine I give her a hard time about anything she eats.. However it lands up in arguments so I asked DJ to please do me a favour and take it over so I no longer need to deal with her eating habits. She does have a goal and she trains hard and really dedicated. She wakes up before 5 to go to get to be able to get to work by 8 and she ends late so can't train in the evenings. So jeah that is dedication

Well her body she can do what she wants with it... many people would think i'm pathetic to use gear.. doesn't mean that stops me. And I can assure you now, you have to have boobs if you want to do well in fitness and figure compo's

But I read something the other day, something like, no need to wait for tomorrow for XYZ or to lose X kgs or to have a better job, etc.. the happy times are what we living for today and good friends and family the rest is all just a bonus

Well maybe try go make an account in www.photobucket.com ...once u upload the pic to photobucketit will give u a image code..copy that and than paste it in the window were u type messages.
