Well this is me.

Terrible quality . I couldnt quite get the angles right so you cant see to much.

My triceps are pretty developed but you cant see it to well (File Removed)



I got no before pics , but I was paper thin

Shot bud , I trained my ass off and had a few set backs (injuries , sickness)

My head only looks small after the makeup .
