very nice mass missiondh, hmm, i'll find some before pics too.

started off on 67kgs and got up to 122/123kgs dropped down to around 108 now due to knee injury can barely do 80kg presses, actaully I can't its just to painful, can't squat with 60kgs either... when I was 16 I was able to squat 160kgs so its very upsetting... im working with somebody, but I have a huge gap by my 'patella' around a finger width in size..

From 62kg to 80kg.
At the mo I'm very far from civilization, but this weekend I'll be in the company of a photographer :)

Been alternating between clen and heat for about six weeks on and off, taking a break from that for now and running var, will prob bring back the clen in two weeks or so. 1.55m (and thanx for karma, my balls are very much appreiciative, lol)

What works better for you-the clen or heat? And what dose of clen?

Well I've never really run clen for a long period of time (months), just kept it to 40mcg for the last few weeks but will cycle up to 100mcg when I start again. I like both of them for different reasons...heat I use mostly for an energy boost so only one cap a day but I hate the come down on it, I literally sleep for an hour during the come down but cos clen has such a long half life, you dont get the come down which is what I like about the clen. So I guess I like them both and don't know which one I prefer

well i dunno still, I've never used three caps of heat a day or run clen for long enough so when I know, I will let you know. 100mcg isn't too bad, it will be a while until I get to that dose and my receptors are all downregulated but maybe I just stick to 40 or 50 mcg
